Petrunaks note 60th date

JOHNSTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. Michael Petrunak of Windber have noted their 60th wedding anniversary with a family picnic at their home.

Mr. Petrunak and the former Dorothy Drummond were married Sept. 13, 1952, at St. Anthony Church, South Fork, by the Rev. Homage.

Mr. Petrunak was born in South Fork, son of Philip and Ann Petrunak.

Mrs. Petrunak was born in Jerome, daughter of Melvin and Myrtle Drummond.

Mr. Petrunak, a Marine veteran, is retired from Homer City Power Plant.

They enjoy sports, gardening, their family and their dog, Rambo.

The Petrunaks are members of SS. Cyril & Methodius Roman Catholic Church.

They are the parents of five children: Michael, married to the former Karen Carolus; David, married to the former Rose Zeglin; Patricia, wife of James Coffman; Philip, married to the former Lisa Click; and James, married to the former Ann Rapsky, all of Windber.

There are 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
