Naugles mark golden date

JOHNSTOWN — Mr. and Mrs. Francis Naugle of East Conemaugh have marked their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner party given by their children at SNPJ 254 Lodge.

Mr. Naugle and the former Janice L. Montgomery were married Sept. 15, 1962, at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church by Monsignor Franics E. Kelley.

Mr. Naugle was born Aug. 19, 1936, in Johnstown, son of Charles and Theresa Naugle.

Mrs. Naugle was born April 20, 1939, in Altoona, daughter of Samuel and Martha Montgomery.

Mr. Naugle worked for Keystone Auto Products and retired from Royal Plate Glass.

He served in the U.S. Army. He is a member of the Conemaugh Valley Lions Club.

Mrs. Naugle is retired from Lee Hospital.

The Naugles are members of the Church of the Transfiguration and SNPJ 254, Bon Air.

They are the parents of four children: Devon F. Naugle, and wife, Nelsa, Johnstown; Kevin E. Naugle, and wife, Amy, Osterburg; David T. Naugle, and wife, Vicki, Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; and Andrea K., wife of Greg Cveykus, Johnstown.

There are five grandchildren: Devon Naugle, Benjamin and Kerrigan Naugle and Garrett and Gavin Cveykus.
