Shahliek Maxwell Greene, 19, was picked up by city police at a home on Von Lunen Road.

City police said Greene gunned down Joshua Scott Price around 1 a.m. The shooting happened at Price’s home in the 500 block of Cypress Avenue.

The shooting occurred during a reported dispute between the two men over a vehicle, city detective Thomas Owens said.

He was arraigned by on-call District Judge Leonard Grecek of Roxbury and sent to the Cambria County Prison without bond.
