Johnstown resident Larry Stiles withdrew from next year’s race for Pennsylvania’s 12th district seat in the U.S. House of Representatives on Thursday, citing health reasons.

His decision leaves Rep. Keith Rothfus, R-Sewickley, as the only Republican in the race.
