Felicia Salmon, Justin Loftis
Robert and Doris Loftis of Johnstown have announced the engagement of their son, Justin, to Felicia Salmon, daughter of Keith Salmon and Debbie Healy of Pittsburgh.
Miss Salmon is a 2000 graduate of Woodland Hills High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she received a degree in developmental psychology.
She is employed by Total Learning Centers in Wexford, Allegheny County, as the testing coordinator.
Mr. Loftis is a 1996 graduate of Bishop McCort High School and a 2006 graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, where he received a degree in hospitality and restaurant management.
He is employed by Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse on the North Shore of Pittsburgh as the executive manager.
A May 2009 wedding is planned.
