Felicia Salmon, Justin Loftis

— Robert and Doris Loftis of Johnstown have announced the engagement of their son, Justin, to Felicia Salmon, daughter of Keith Salmon and Debbie Healy of Pittsburgh.
Miss Salmon is a 2000 graduate of Woodland Hills High School and a 2004 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she received a degree in developmental psychology.
She is employed by Total Learning Centers in Wexford, Allegheny County, as the testing coordinator.
Mr. Loftis is a 1996 graduate of Bishop McCort High School and a 2006 graduate of Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, where he received a degree in hospitality and restaurant management.
He is employed by Hyde Park Prime Steakhouse on the North Shore of Pittsburgh as the executive manager.
A May 2009 wedding is planned.
