Katie Skoner, Jonas Mehall

Peter and Diane Skoner of Elton and Dennis and Kathy Mehall of Sidman have announced the engagement of children, Katie Skoner and Jonas Mehall.

Miss Skoner is a 2003 graduate of Forest Hills High School, Sidman, and a 2007 graduate of St. Francis University, Loretto, where she received a bachelor’s degree in biology and health sciences.

She is presently attending St. Francis University and pursuing a master’s degree in physician assistant sciences.

Mr. Mehall is a 2002 graduate of Forest Hills High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, where he received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.

He is a fifth-grade teacher at Westmont Hilltop Middle School.

Their wedding is planned for June 6, 2009.
