Kristen Shutty, Brennan Sossong

David and Angela Shutty of Hastings and Mark and Andrea Sossong of New Germany have announced the engagement of their children, Kristen Shutty and Brennan Sossong.

Miss Shutty is a 2001 graduate of Bishop Carroll High School, Ebensburg, and a 2005 graduate of St. Francis University, Loretto.

She is employed by Coach Inc., Manhattan, N.Y., as an account associate in Special Markets.

Mr. Sossong is a 2001 graduate of Bishop Carroll High School and a 2006 graduate of St. Francis University.

He is pursuing a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

A Sept. 22 wedding is planned.
