The coroner has released the name of a man crushed to death in an accident at a western Pennsylvania industrial park.
The Westmoreland County coroner says 60-year-old John Licina of Wilmerding was crushed by 5,000-pound steel coils on Monday morning.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Pennsylvania State Police are also investigating the accident, which took place at an unspecified plant at the Hempfield Industrial Park. That's about 30 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.
Licina was one of about 15 employees at the plant, where he had worked about 30 years. His job was to put the steel coils onto a perforation machine.
