A two-car crash in Blair County on Monday killed one person and injured three others, authorities said.
Eighteen-year-old Jordan Dean Dodson, whose address was not given, died in the 7:25 p.m. wreck along state Route 1013 in Tyrone Township, state police in Hollidaysburg said.
Troopers said Dodson was a passenger in car driven by Susana Jean Montero Schezzini, 18, of Altoona.
Troopers said Schezzini was driving a 1998 Nissan Altima southbound at a high rate of speed when she lost control of the vehicle and began to slide sideways into oncoming traffic. The right rear corner of her car struck the left front corner of a 2004 Chevrolet Impala driven by Kaylee Danielle Harper, 26, of Tyrone.
The crash caused the Impala to roll onto its roof and the Altima to overturn several times in a field.
Schezzini and two other passengers, Emily Ann Kissell, 18, of Bellwood, and Sarah Elizabeth Sweeney, 21, of Altoona, suffered severe injuries, troopers said.
Troopers did not say if Harper was injured. Two juvenile passengers in her vehicle escaped injury, troopers said.
