The abrupt change from springlike temperatures on the two previous days was a chilly reminder that winter isn’t over yet. Weather prognosticating groundhog Punxsutawney Phil is due to emerge from his burrow on Gobbler’s Knob on Saturday to deliver his annual pronouncement on the length of the season. AccuWeather expects more wind and snow in the Johnstown area today.
