Pedestrian injured

JOHNSTOWN — An 18-year-old woman was injured today after she steped into the path of a vehicle turning onto Goucher Street in Upper Yoder Township, authorites said.

Katrina Rosage of Goucher Street was walking along Goucher Street when she was struck by a Ford Explorer that was turning onto Goucher from Bronx Street, township police said.

She was taken to Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown with a left leg injury, police Sgt. Jeffery C. Berkebile said.

The driver of the vehicle, 64-year-old Gerald Regan of Bronx Street was not charged, Berkebile said.
