WILL – Jo Anne Elizabeth, Silver Spring, Md., died Friday, July 3, 2009. Beloved wife of Ralph Will and mother of William (Joan) Will, Carol (Luis) Ponce, Jo Anne (Richard) Finch, Mark (Nora) Will and the late Yvonne Will. Also survived by 11 grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Blvd. West, Silver Spring, Md., (valet parking), where service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 8.
