Helen (Wozniak) Levchik

LEVCHIK – Helen (Wozniak), 79, Johnstown, died Nov. 8, 2009, at Presbyterian Home of Greater Johnstown, Goucher Street. Born June 12, 1930, in Johnstown, daughter of Nicholas and Catherine Wozniak. Preceded in death by parents; sisters, Mary (infant) and Irene Sroka; and brothers, John, James, Nicholas and Walter Wozniak. Survived by daughter, Patricia, married to Richard Madzar; special little furry friend; sister, Eleanor, married to Carl Simsic, North Carolina; brother, Stephen, married to the former Rose Cruty, Brownsville; sisters-in-law, Mary, Trudy and Jean Wozniak; brother-in-law, Ed Sroka; and nieces and nephews. Formerly employed by A&P and Market Basket. Member of St. Nicholas Serbian Church. Funeral service at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, Father Dejan Obradovic. Interment, Grandview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Nicholas Serbian Orthodox Church, 971 St. Clair Road, Johnstown, Pa. 15905. Arrangements by Francis G.
