The following were sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas:

Ashley Alwine, 25, 300 block of McMillen Street, Johnstown, criminal conspiracy to possess cocaine. Placed on probation for one year. Fined $200.

Joseph William Bailey, 36, 400 block of Rear Daniel Street, Johnstown, simple assault. Sentenced to six to 23 months in county prison.

Ronald James Beltowski, 20, Cherry Tree, theft by deception and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to four to 23 months in the county prison. Fined $600.

Christy D. Bollman, 35, 500 block of Orchard Street, Portage, simple assault. Placed on probation for one year. Fined $200.

Michael Brandon, 38, 200 block of Horrocks Street, Johnstown, involved in accident with damage to attended vehicle. Placed on probation for one year. Fined $200 and ordered to pay $36,989 restitution.

Derrin W. Campbell, 28, 800 block of Weigle Street, Hooversville, receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Sentenced to six months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Fined $200.

Harry Bretherd Carbaugh, 66, 600 block of Orchard Street, Portage, two counts of harassment and one count of criminal mischief. Sentenced to nine months in jail. Fined $200.

Derek Clark, 21, 400 block of Somerset Street, Johnstown, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and two counts of drug possession. Placed on probation for two years. Fined $800.

Christopher Ellis, 32, 100 block of Sell Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Fined $200.

Tammie L. Haupt, 35, 100 block of Rear Catherine Street, Johnstown, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Placed on probation for one year. Fined $225.

William Katrell Herring, 22, 200 block of Rear David Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Fined $100.

James Francis Ianni, 42, 1100 block of Main Street, Portage, simple assault. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to perform 25 hours of community service. Fined $500.

Jeremy Johnson, 18, 900 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, five counts of recklessly endangering others and one count of possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Sentenced to

18 months to three years in county prison, plus an additional five years probation. Fined $600.

Jesse Edward Lester, 27, 300 block of Ohio Street, Johnstown, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for one year. Fined $300.

Steven Christopher Machuta, 31, 1500 Puritan Road, Portage, habitual offender of driving while license suspended. Placed on probation for two years, less one day. Fined $200.

Timothy Lee Mutchock, 20, 100 block of Smith Road, Elmora, theft, fleeing or eluding police and two counts each of criminal conspiracy to commit burglary and criminal conspiracy to commit theft. Placed on probation for five years. Fined $600.

Heather Marie Rorer, 19, 1100 block of Poplar Street, Nanty Glo, three counts of theft. Placed on probation for three years. Fined $300.

Shakir Mosi Smith, 31, Wernersville, Berks County, possession with the intent to deliver drugs, recklessly endangering another person and fleeing or eluding police. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county prison. Fined $700.

John M. Whatmore IV, 32, 1300 block of Frankstown Road, Johnstown, receiving stolen property. Sentenced to three to 23 months in county jail. Fined $200.

In addition, the following person was sentenced on a no-contest plea:

Benjamin Gerideau, 35, 700 block of Smith Place, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Fined $25.
