• The following persons have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas:
Andre Lamar Brown, 29, 100 block of Prospect Street, Johnstown, charged with delivery of marijuana. Sentenced to seven months to two years less a day in the Cambria County Prison. Ordered to pay $2,327 in costs and fine.
Michael Andrew Claar, 23, 900 block of Nanty Glo, charged with criminal trespass and theft. Sentenced to six to 23 months
in Cambria County Prison. Ordered to pay $1,492 in costs, fines and restitution.
Craig Michael Cully, 29, 100 block of Keystone Avenue, Cresson, charged with theft. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,337 in costs, fine and restitution.
Brian Dupirack, 36, 100 block of Stumptown Lane, Lilly, charged with delivery of heroin. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in Cambria County Prison. Ordered to pay $2,205 in costs and fine.
Michelle Leigh Felton, 32, 700 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, charged with two counts of criminal conspiracy to commit theft and one count each of drunken driving, driving while license suspended and public drunkeness. Sentenced to one month home confinement and an additional two years probation. Ordered to pay $6,342 in costs, fines and restitution.
Jason Getz, 26, 900 block of Caldwell Avenue, Portage, charged with theft, access fraud and two counts of bad checks. Sentenced to three to 23 months in Cambria County Prison, plus an additional two years probation. Ordered to pay $3,038 in costs, fines and restitution.
Vantroy Godboat, 37, 300 block of Village Street, Johnstown, charged with one count of drug possession and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $6,161 in costs, fines and restitution.
Edward Malik Johnson, 35, 600 block of Von Lunen Road, Johnstown, charged with criminal mischief, terroristic threats, resisting arrest and criminal mischief. Sentenced to seven to 23 months in Cambria County Prison. Ordered to pay $2,969 in costs, fines and restitution.
James J. Machuta, 44, 1700 block of White Street, Nanty Glo, charged with disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $1,368 in costs and fine.
Gregory Owens, 47, 400 block of Oak Street, Johnstown, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,843 in costs and fine.
Martin Owen Pope, 42, 1100 block of Church Avenue, Johnstown, charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle and false identification to
law-enforcement authorities. Ordered to pay $3,075 in costs and fines.
Jason Rabatin, 33, 500 block of Slyvis Road, Cherry Tree, charged with drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and drunken driving. Sentenced to two days to six months in Cambria County Prison, plus an additional six months probation. Ordered to pay $4,213 in costs and fines.
Amber Russell, 27, 200 block of Vine Street, Johnstown,
charged with possession of marijuana. Ordered to pay $2,935 in costs and fine.
William P. Thompson, 23, 1200 block of Kegg Avenue, Johnstown, charged with disorderly conduct. Ordered to pay $717 in costs and fine.
Todd Andrew Voss, 32, 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue, Portage, charged with receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,682 in costs and fines.
Robin Y. Weyandt, 43, 100 block of Taylor Lane, Salix, charged with identity theft. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $4,477 in costs, fines and restitution.
Vanross Bayush, 22, 200 block of Hipp Street, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, resisting arrest and three counts each of drunken driving and public drunkeness. Sentenced to three months home confinement and two years probation. Ordered to pay $10,636 in costs and fines.
Todd Matthew Rose, 26, 3400 block of Graham Avenue, Windber, charged with patronizing a prostitute. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $870 in costs and fine.
Troy Milo Lucas, 20, 100 block of Squirrel Drive, Salix, charged with theft. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $1,285 in costs, fines and restitution.
Damien P. Pastovic, 28, of 100 block of Hickory Street, Johnstown, charged with disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $594 in costs and fine.
Abraham C. Dehne, 31, Stackhouse Road, Johnstown, charged with possession with the intent to deliver drugs. Sentenced to seven months to two years less a day in the Cambria County Prison. Ordered to pay $4,247 in costs and fine.
Chissa Jo Woodling, 22, 100 block of Horseshoe Drive, Ebensburg, charged with simple assault. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $9,997 in costs, fine and restitution.
Justin Michael Lundberg, 25, 400 block of Tunnelhill Street, Gallitzin, charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespass, receiving stolen property and two counts of theft. Ordered to pay $9,696 in costs, fines and restitution.
Derek John Lowmaster, 22, State College, Centre County, charged with disorderly conduct. Ordered to pay $599 in costs and fine.
Courtney Gordon Deyarmin, 32, 800 block of Main Street, Cherry Tree, charged with drug possession, drunken driving and driving while license suspended. Sentenced to one to two years in state prison. Ordered to pay $10,082 in costs and fines.
Lewis Zack Malcolm, 28, 1000 block of Linton Street, Johnstown, charged with possession with the intent to deliver cocaine. Sentenced to three to six years in state prison. Ordered to pay $1,484 in costs and fine.
• The following was sentenced on no contest pleas:
Christopher Binnachio, 33, 200 block of Marietta Drive, Johnstown, charged with resisting arrest, intimidation of a witness and two counts of simple assault. Sentenced to eight to 23 months in the Cambria County Prison, plus an additional two years probation. Ordered to pay $4,245 in costs and fines.
