NEW – Marijuana left outside prison

The Tribune-Democrat

CRESSON Two Pittsburgh residents have been charged with leaving a small container of marijuana outside the main entrance of SCI-Cresson on Sunday afternoon.

State police said Anthony Joseph Korey, 61, and Justine Bernadette Korey, 55, were charged with drug delivery, possession, criminal conspiracy, drug paraphernalia and contraband.

They were arraigned before District Judge Charity Nileski of Cresson. Each is freed on $5,000 unsecured bond.

A prison spokeswoman said the Koreys are neither staff members nor inmates at the state lockup.
