• The following is a list of the more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge John Barron, Upper Yoder Township:

Sara E. Macalush, 42, of the 800 block of Virginia Avenue, Johnstown, charged with false report, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Jeanne Marie Heist, 54, of the 600 block of Menoher Boulevard, Johnstown, charged with possession of controlled substance by person not registered and manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Andrea Sherman, 27, of the 600 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, charged with manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance and possession of controlled substance by person not registered, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

• The following is a list of the more serious dispositions handled by Portage District Judge Galen Decort:

Raymond Foreman Jr., 20, of the 300 block of Lee Street, Portage, false reports to police.

Jeremy Johnson, 20, of the 900 block Maple Street, Portage, false reports to police.

Michael Andrew Oblinsky Jr., 18, terrorist threats, harassment, stalking.

• The following is a list of the more serious dispositions handled by Cresson District Judge Charity Nileski:

Travis Scott Chichy, 18, of the 1900 block of 1st Avenue, Altoona, aggravated assault, resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension, purchasing alcohol by minor and scattering rubbish.

Charles Allen Jones, 47, of the 100 block of Rocky Knoll Road, Imler, disorderly conduct, simple assault, harassment and criminal trespass.

David Carroll, 45, of the 300 block of McMullen Road, Ashville, aggravated assault, terrorist threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment, harassment and disorderly conduct.

• The following is a list of the more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:

Hope Harris, 24, of the 800 block of Grove Avenue and 500 block of Wood Street, Johnstown, was charged with seven drug-law violations. Case pending.

Heather Clark, 31, of the 100 block of South White Drive, Johnstown, was charged with drunken driving, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property, careless driving, false reports and public drunkenness. Case pending.

John Barry, 35, of the 100 block of River Road, Seanor, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Case pending.

Erica Schindel, 37, whose address was listed as a Hollsopple post office box number, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Case pending.

William Alexis Nelson, 19, of the 100 block of Gazebo Park and 600 block of Main Street, Johnstown, was charged with conspiring to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and possession of crack cocaine. Case pending.

Patrick Francis Branagan, 57, of the 500 block of McKinley Street, Bolivar, charged with forgery, access-device fraud, identity theft, theft and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Guy Edward Hart, 31, of the first block of Jacoby Street, Johnstown, was charged with false reports to police and disorderly conduct. Case pending.

Gregory Intihar, 21, of the 600 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, was charged with possession of heroin, possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Case pending.

Guy Martin, 53, of the 300 block of Eighth Avenue, Johnstown, charged with unauthorized use of a car and driving with a suspended license, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Eric Lee Klein, 19, of the first block of Clover Street, Johnstown, charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and loitering and prowling at nighttime, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

• The following is a list of the more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township:

Ray W. Foster, 26, of the 100 block of Hall’s Hill Road, Hopewell, charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Nicole T. Scarton, 30, of the 100 block of Fremont Avenue, Portage, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Andrew Gene Noon, 18, of the 1200 block of Emilio Street, Johnstown, charged with defiant trespass, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Todd Hollingsworth, 20, whose address was listed as the Cambria County prison and who was charged with defiant trespass, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

• The following is a list of the more serious cases handled recently by District Judge Michael Musulin, downtown Johnstown:

Chissa Jo Woodling, 21, of the 400 block of Bethel Road, Ebensburg, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment. Case pending.

Robert M. Mikulsky, 20, of the 1500 block of Franklin Street and 1100 block of Pinecrest Boulevard, Johnstown, was charged with stalking, terroristic threats and harassment. Case pending.

Eduardo C. Hernandez Jr., 23, of Building 28, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, was charged with stalking, terroristic threats and harassment. Case pending.

Jonathan Michael Kuhn, 21, of the 1600 block of Pilgrim Court, Johnstown, was charged with stalking, terroristic threats and harassment. Case pending.

Michael James Toth, 27, of the 200 block of Falls Run Road, Johnstown, was charged with forgery and criminal attempt to acquire a controlled substance by misrepresentation. Case pending.

Cynthia Rhoads, 28, of the 300 block of Strayer Street, Johnstown, was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Case pending.

Theresa Lynn Lacovic, 41, of the 200 block of Decker Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with corruption of minors, recklessly endangering another person, endangering the welfare of children and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Case pending.

John Francis Maize IV, 40, of the first block of Fleetwood Street, Johnstown, was charged with false identification to police and public drunkenness. Case pending.

A charge of defiant trespass was withdrawn against Misti D. Teston, 27, of the 400 block of Horner Street, Johnstown. She pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $300 fine and $122 costs.

• The following is a list of the more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Mary Ann Zanghi, Vinco:

Two charges of making false reports lodged against Clifford McCachren III, 23, of Route 22 Highway East, Vintondale, were withdrawn.

Charges of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person lodged against Nicole Lynn Bartlebaugh, 25, of the 200 block of Second Street, Conemaugh, were withdrawn.

Charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct lodged against Thomas C. Warner, 54, of the 200 block of First Street, Conemaugh, were withdrawn.

Charges of simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and disorderly conduct lodged against Sheila M. Warner, 42, of the 300 block of First Street, Conemaugh, were withdrawn.

Jamie Lynn Roush, 30, of the 300 block of Adams Crossing, Ebensburg, charged with access device fraud (two counts), identity theft, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, receiving stolen property (two counts) and conspire identity theft, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

• The following are some of the more serious criminal cases handled recently at District Judge Michael Zungali in Hastings:

Lenny C. Novella, 34, of the 100 block of Bridge Street, Hastings, was charged with two counts of simple assault and harassment related to a domestic dispute. Case pending.

n The following is a list of guilty pleas and sentencings handled recently at Cambria County Court in Ebensburg:

Richard G. Boyle, 48, of the 3700 block of Swetland Drive, Doylestown, Bucks County, for theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception. Sentenced to $1,500 in court fines and costs. Boyle remains lodged in Bucks County Prison on unrelated charges.

Lawrence Colter, 33, of the 900 block of Hill Avenue, Pittsburgh, formerly of Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance (heroin). Sentenced to seven months to two years less one day in Cambria County jail with credit for time served, one year probation and $5,903 in fines and costs.

Dean Conrad, 55, of West Maple Street, Dallastown, York County, formerly of Goucher Street, Johnstown, for second offense DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months house arrest, 21 months probation, attend alcohol safe driving school and counseling, and $3,494 in court fines and costs.

Jai A. Hale, 32, of the 700 block of Smith Street, Beaverdale, for retail theft. Sentenced to five years probation and $3,735 in court fines, costs and restitution.

Justin F. Harris, 26, of the 700 block of Horner Street, Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance, drug device, carrying firearms without a license and driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 40 hours community service, 23 months probation, and $2,493 in fines and costs.

Raheim M. Harris, 36, of the 900 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, for providing false identification to law enforcement. Sentenced to three to 12 months at SCI Camp Hill and $314 in fines and costs.

Shane Hassell, 21, of the 300 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance (cocaine). Sentenced to six months to two years in Cambria County jail with credit for time served, and $2,866 in court fines and costs.

Ariel L. Jeffers, 31, of the 300 block of McMillen Street, Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance, drug possession and criminal conspiracy. Sentenced to 20 months to five years in SCI Camp Hill and $2,754 in court fines and costs.

Larry Johnson, 50, of Solomon Homes, Johnstown, for terroristic threats. Sentenced to probation and $1,132 in court fines and costs.

Ernest F. Kemp, 44, of the 500 block of Corrine Street, Johnstown, for second and third DUI offenses and resisting arrest. Sentenced to one to two years, less one day, in Cambria County jail, two years probation, and $8,827 in court fines and costs.

David S. Lynn, 20, of the 100 block of Stone Street, Johnstown, for reckless endangerment. Sentenced to one to 15 months in Cambria County jail, no contact with the victim, and $1,183 in court fines and costs.

• The following defendants were placed on Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD):

Charles W. Colegrove, 40, of the 2100 block of 15th Avenue, Altoona, for simple assault, defiant trespass and harassment. Sentenced to 23 months ARD and $2,103 in fines, costs and restitution.

Christopher M. Costello, 23, of the 1100 block of Ridge Road, Hooversville, for theft from a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 18 months ARD and $3,204 in court fines, costs and restitution.

Robert E. Cyprit Jr., of the 600 block of Kennedy Avenue, Johnstown, driving while under the influence of marijuana. Sentenced to 23 months ARD and $2,510 in court fines and costs.

Brenda M. Depto, 34, of the 400 block of Fifth Avenue, Patton, for theft of services. Sentenced to 23 months ARD and $2,115 in court fines, costs and restitution.

Christopher Donoughe, 19, of the 200 block of Skyline Drive, Ebensburg, for possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 18 months ARD, which will be reduced to one year if $1,454 in fines and costs are paid in full by that time.

Jane R. Ernest, 45, of the 600 block of Fifth Avenue, Patton, for DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to 23 months ARD, 30 days driver’s license suspension and $2,715 in fines and costs.

Michelle L. Heil, 18, of the 800 block of Conemaugh Avenue, Portage, for retail theft. Sentenced to 15 months ARD and $1,539 in court fines, costs and restitution.

Patrick S. Kishlock, 18, of the 200 block of Wissinger Hollow Road, Johnstown, for theft from a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 60 months ARD and $7,290 in court fines, costs and restitution.

Matthew Kinlein, 19, of the 200 block of Marietta Drive, Johnstown, for theft from a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 23 months ARD and $6,781 in court fines, costs and restitution.

Deanna Payne, 19, of the 300 block of Hickory Street, Johnstown, for use/possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of children. Sentenced to 12 months ARD, 12 months probation, and $3,097 in court fines and costs.

Daniel S. Phillips, 20, of the 400 block of Decker Avenue, Johnstown, for theft from a motor vehicle. Sentenced to 60 months ARD and $6,242 in court fines, costs and restitution.

Joseph D. Shaffer, 28, of the 1100 block of Ridge Road, Hooversville, for access device fraud. Sentenced to 23 months ARD or until $10,911 in court fines, costs and restitution are paid in full.
