• The following is a list of guilty pleas and sentencings handled recently at Cambria County Court in Ebensburg:

Frank H. Rogers IV, 30, of the 1600 block of Mellon Court Rear, Johnstown, for DUI, aggravated assault by motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and public drunkenness. Sentenced to six months house arrest, 23 hours community service, 17 months probation, and $4,783 in fines and costs.

John Saintz, 32, of Messenger Street, Johnstown, for terroristic threats. Suspended sentence of six to 23 months in Cambria County jail and $1,766 in fines and costs.

Freddy C. Saucedo, 19, of the 1200 block of Lydia Street, Johnstown, for criminal trespass and harassment. Sentenced to one to 23 months in Cambria County jail with credit for time served and automatic parole, 90 days probation, and $2,138 in fines and costs.

Jennifer M. Smith, 23, of the 1000 block of First Street, Windber, for DUI, public drunkenness, and manufacture/deliver/possess with intent to manufacture or deliver. Sentenced to three to 23 months in Cambria County jail, with work release or house arrest to be considered after one month, 12 months driver’s license suspension, and $3,300 in fines and costs.

Nicole B. Smith, 26, of the 15000 block of Route 422 East, Strongstown, for retail theft. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,663 in fines and costs.

Thomas Smith III, 43, of the 100 block of Earhart Lane, Jeanette, for harassment/repeatedly alarming. Sentenced to 30 days probation and $608 in fines and costs.

Brandi Tucker, 18, of Coopersdale Homes, Johnstown, for simple assault. Sentenced to three to 23 months in Cambria County jail with credit for time served and automatic parole, and $11,170 in fines and costs.

Steven W. Waugh Jr., of the 200 block of Maple Avenue, Altoona, formerly of the 100 block of Susan Drive, Ebensburg, for aggravated assault. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County jail with credit for time served and automatic parole, subrogated restitution of $53,762 to United Healthcare and $1,920 in fines and costs.

Nichole L. Weakland, 23, of the 100 block of Webster Road, Hastings, for theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 24 months probation and $4,917 in fines and costs.

• The following is a list of nolo contendere pleas and sentencings handled recently at Cambria County Court in Ebensburg:

Jamie Lynn Dixon, 28, of the 3000 block of Little Trout Run Road, Frenchville, Clearfield County, for providing false reports to law authorities. Sentenced to 35 months probation and $1,988 in fines and costs.

Gary E. Vaughn, 34, of the 700 block of Farren Street, Portage, for tampering with records or identification, violations concerning license and careless driving. Sentenced to 20 months probation and $2,094 in fines and costs.

• The following defendants were placed on Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD):

Annamae Bates-Dorn, 38, of the 1100 block of Boyd Avenue, Johnstown, for harassment. Sentenced to eight months ARD and $1,309 in fines and costs.

John J. Caddy Jr., 30, of the 800 block of Park Avenue, Johnstown, for defrauding secured creditors. Sentenced to 24 months ARD and $3,732 in fines and costs.

Klynn M. Cvejkus, 19, of the Red Lion Drive, York, formerly of the 200 block of Fourth Street, Conemaugh, for cruelty to animals. Sentenced to 12 months ARD and $1,469 in fines and costs.

Charles G. Edmiston, 43, of the 400 block of East Sample Street, Ebensburg, for violation of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 12 months probation without verdict and $1,984 in fines and costs.

Evan W. Emerick, 19, of the 100 block of Peach Street, Jenners, for recklessly endangering. Sentenced to 15 months ARD and $2,051 in fines and costs.

Chad W. Flora, 23, of the 700 block of Cole Road, Carrolltown, for selling or furnishing liquor to minors and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 12 months ARD and $1,080 in fines and costs.

Bambi L. Harmon, 21, of the 200 block of Coleman Street, Hastings, for theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 15 months ARD or until $1,930 in fines and costs are paid in full.

George M. Lingenfelter Jr., of the 100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Sankertown, for theft. Sentenced to 15 months ARD or until $1,754 in fines and costs are paid in full.

Brian L. Myers, 35, of the 100 block of Lakefront Drive, Loretto, for recklessly endangering another person. Sentenced to six months ARD and $1,735 in fines and costs.

William J. Nozich, 29, of the 300 block of Dorothy Avenue, Johnstown, for receiving stolen property. Sentenced to 12 months ARD and $1,380 in fines and costs.

Shawn R. Shaffer, 29, of the 1100 block of Ridge Road, Hooversville, for access device fraud. Sentenced to 23 months ARD or until $3,672 in fines, costs and restitution are paid in full.

Michael D. Young, of the 200 block of North Camp Road, LaJose, Clearfield County, for DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to six months ARD, 60 days suspended license and $2,065 in fines and costs.
