n The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Timothy Creany, Ebensburg:

Justin Tomlinson, 21, of Altoona, waived his charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia to county court.

Roger Brown, 21, of the

200 block of South Street, Ebensburg, waived his charges of drug use and possession to county court.

Michael D. Sheehan, 31, of the 600 block of Highland Avenue, Revloc, waived charges of drug possession and furnishing liquor to a minor to county court.

n The following is a more serious criminal case handled recently by District Judge Galen Decort, Portage:

Dennis P. Zimmerman III, 46, Crystal Springs, was charged with intimidation of a witness and harassment. Case is pending.

n The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Charity Nileski, Cresson:

Joann Horn, 41, Gallitzin, was charged with false report, fabricating physical evidence. Case is pending.

Tamara Michelle Copeland, 22, Johnstown, was charged with possession of marijuana. Case is pending.

Melvin Elmer Diggs, 49, Gallitzin, was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment. Case is pending.

Jeffrey Dale Wills, 45, Gallitzin, was charged with simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

Matthew David Ringler, 20, Duncansville, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, alcohol purchase by minor. Case is pending.

Randy Carol Tracy Jr., 30, Gallitzin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Case is pending.

n The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Mary Ann Zanghi, Vinco:

A charge of theft by unlawful taking lodged against Robert William Snedden Jr., 54,

100 block of Station Road, Nanty Glo, was withdrawn.

A charge of accident involving damage to attended vehicle/ property lodged against Nathan Miller, 22, 300 block of Bethel Road, Ebensburg, was withdrawn.

A charge of simple assault lodged against Heidi Jones, 41, 500 block of South Street, Johnstown, was dismissed.

Jason Robert Potter, 24,

200 block of Huff Street, Dunlo, was charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Case is pending.

Thomas Charles Warner, 54, rear 200 block of First Street, Conemaugh, was charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. Case is pending.

n The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Michael Zungali, Hastings:

Nicole A. Abrams, 24, of the 1700 block of Patchin Highway, Cherry Tree, was charged with retail theft stemming from an incident at Giant Eagle in Northern Cambria Borough. Preliminary hearing scheduled June 10.

Stacey A. Schlereth, 36, of Cherry Ridge Terrace, Northern Cambria, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and stolen/forged credit cards. Preliminary hearing scheduled June 17.

Heath A. Stevens, 28, of the 100 block of Flick Avenue, Carrolltown, was charged by Ebensburg-based state police with possession of mariuana, intent/possession of a controlled substance (diazepam), use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license and operating a vehicle without a valid inspection. Preliminary hearing scheduled June 17.

n The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Michael Musulin, downtown Johnstown:

William Sirbaugh Jr., 31, of the 300 block of Corinne Street, Johnstown, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Gregory McClain, 38, of the 400 block of Oak Street, Johnstown, was charged with drunken driving, fleeing the scene after hitting a car and a house and careless driving. Case is pending.

Neal Alexander Andrews, 45, of the 300 block of Gray Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with forgery, theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Perry A. King Jr., 32, of the 500 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, charged with conspiring to sell a stolen handgun, a firearms-law violation and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

n The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township:

Kevin Jerrell Bostian, 41, of the 200 block of Jefferson Avenue, Windber, was charged with criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Case pending.

Martin Charles Podrasky, 61, of the 600 block of Wood Street, Johnstown, charged with four counts of harassment, three counts of indecent assault and two counts of aggravated indecent assault, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Christopher Binnachio, 33, of the 600 block of Von Lunen Road, Johnstown, charged with two counts each of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct and one count of public drunkenness, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Alexa L. Helmick, 19, of the 800 block of Roaring Run Road, Boswell, charged with two counts of harassment and one count of terroristic threats, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Patrick Fisher-McCallops, 19, of the 900 block of Jacoby Street, Johnstown, charged with defiant trespass, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Yvonne Figueroa, 18, of the 300 block of Liberty Avenue, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Charges of fleeing police, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving were withdrawn against Anthony Russell Boyer, 22, of the

100 block of Remmington Road, Central City. He is facing traffic-law citations for speeding and careless driving.

The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Richard Varner, Salix:

Odessa Ameriga Clark, 21, of Huff Street, Dunlo, was charged with altering a license plate and unauthorized transfer of registration. Case is pending.

Jaqueline E. Crum, 23, of Seesetown Road, Sidman, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Joseph Plummer, 28, of Tunnelhill Street, Summerhill, was charged with criminal mischief and three counts criminal mischief. Case is pending.

John Jamel Blocken, 23, of the 500 block of Grove Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with selling crack cocaine and drug possession. Held for Cambria County Court.

John L. Davis III, 24, of the 700 block of Main Street, Windber, charged with possessing drug paraphernalia and conspiracy to sell heroin, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Hope Harris, 24, of the

800 block of Grove Avenue, Johnstown, charged with selling crack cocaine and drug possession, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Keri Lee Lysinger, 20, of the 1300 block of Somerset Avenue, Windber, charged with heroin possession and conspiracy, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Michael Ryan Miller, 29, of the 2500 block of Carpenters Park Road, Davidsville, charged with selling heroin, drug possession and conspiracy. All charges waived to Cambria County Court.

Timothy Jon Miller, 23, of the 2500 block of Carpenters Park Road, Davidsville, charged with selling heroin, drug possession and conspiracy, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Jason Russell, 28, of the

1100 block of Graham Avenue, Windber, charged with selling prescription drugs, drug possession and child endangerment. All charges waived to Cambria County Court.

n The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:

Jason Sampson, 28, of the 700 block of Duke Place, Johnstown, charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance and possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Julius Michael Widmann, 24, of the 200 block of Village Street, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Karen Zagrod, 48, of the

900 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault and harassment, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Stacie Eisenhuth, 31, of the 1300 block of Virginia Avenue, Johnstown, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Heather Clark, 31, of the 100 block of South White Drive, Johnstown, charged with drunken driving and public drunkenness, waived her case to Cambria County Court. Charges of giving false information, careless driving and accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property were withdrawn.

John Charles Taylor, 27, of the 400 block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, charged with four counts of possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine and two counts of possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance, was declared a fugitive.

Michael D. Byrd, 30, of the 100 block of Gautier Street, Johnstown, charged with a drug-law violation, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Darwin Askew, 37, of the

300 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, charged with eight drug-law violations, was declared a fugitive.
