• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:
Keith Alan Jefferson Jr., 20, of the 700 block of Menoher Boulevard, and 400 block of Ebensburg Road, Johnstown, charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, unlawful contact with a minor, indecent assault and conspiring to commit unlawful contact with a minor, was declared a fugitive.
A charge of false identification to police was withdrawn against Delfon Chatman, 33, of Bldg. 6, Solomon Homes, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $25 fine and $122 costs.
Charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct were dismissed against Harold Timothy McCauley Jr., 40, no address listed.
• The following guilty pleas and sentencings were filed recently at Cambria County Court in Ebensburg:
Timothy A. Cobaugh, 43, of the 100 block of Madison Avenue, Johnstown, for second offense DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months house arrest with electronic monitoring, 21 months less one day probation, and $4,058 in fines and costs.
Jeremy J. Debias, 26, of the 200 block of Babcock Park Drive, Windber, for first offense DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to six months probation and $2,576 in fines and costs.
Richard Everly Jr., 24, of the 500 block of First Street, Mine 37, Windber, for false reports to law enforcement and disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 18 days to 23 months in Cambria County jail with automatic parole, six months probation, and $1,788 in fines and costs.
Jeffery Hogue, 41, of the 800 block of Eger Road, Cresson, for first and second offense DUI, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Sentenced to two days to 23 months in Cambria County jail, attend driving school and counseling, and $5,276.63 in fines and costs.
Joshuah M. Knipple, 24, of the 200 block of Olds Avenue, Johnstown, for manufacture/delivery/possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and receiving stolen property. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County jail with automatic parole, five years probation, monthly drug tests and $6,787 in fines and costs.
Neil A. Lee, 18, of the 200 block of Winterset Road, Ebensburg, for second offense DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months house arrest with electronic monitoring, 21 months less one day probation, attend driving school and counseling, and $3,729 in fines and costs.
Sean Lill, 34, for bad checks. Sentenced to two years probation and $2,321 in fines, costs and restitution.
Joey Margic, 28, of the 200 block of Southmont Boulevard, Johnstown, for violation of controlled substance and paraphernalia. Sentenced to one year probation and $2,843 in fines and costs.
Curtis D. Miller, 36, of the 600 block of East Lloyd Street, Ebensburg, for manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to deliver cocaine. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County jail, with credit for time served and $3,533 in fines and costs.
Bruce C. Miller, 49, of the 100 block of Liberty Park, South Fork, for retail theft. Sentenced to seven months to two years less one day in Cambria County jail, with credit for time served and automatic parole, seven years probation, and $5,160 in fines and costs.
James C. Newman, 28, of the 100 block of Geis Street, Johnstown, for operating a vehicle without interlock and driving or operating a vehicle while privileges are suspended. Sentenced to one year probation and $1,749 in fines and costs.
Joshua P. Nugent, 20, of the 900 block of Nathaniel Street, Johnstown, for second offense minors DUI, public drunkenness and theft from a motor vehicle. Sentenced to one month house arrest with electronic monitoring, 35 months less one day probation, attend driving school and counseling, and $5,232 in fines and costs.
Daniel P. Patrick, 37, of Osborne Street, Johnstown, for first offense DUI, public drunkenness and harassment. Sentenced to three days to 12 months in Cambria County jail with credit for time served and automatic parole, attend driving school and counseling, and $8,203 in fines and costs.
Samuel Poprich, 23, of the 400 block of Locust Street, Johnstown, for possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to one year probation consecutive to other cases and $2,651 in fines and costs.
Susan J. Prosser, 43, of Terrace Circle, Portage, for second offense DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one month house arrest with electronic monitoring, 23 months less one day probation, attend driving school and counseling, and $3,399 in fines and costs.
David Rios, 30, of the 800 block of Napoleon Street, Johnstown, for first offense DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one month house arrest with electronic monitoring, 11 months probation, attend driving school and counseling, and $3,308 in fines and costs.
William J. Silich, 45, of the 600 block of Sixth Street, Colver, for second offense DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three to 24 months less one day in Cambria County jail, attend driving school and counseling, and $3,254 in fines and costs.
Barry M. Sirko, 39, of the 400 block of Stone Street, Johnstown, for second offense DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one month house arrest with electronic monitoring, 23 months less one day probation, attend driving school and counseling, and $3,328 in fines and costs.
Melissa A. Slebodnick, 21, of the 100 block of St. Joseph Street, Loretto, for retail theft and disorderly conduct. Sentenced to two years probation and $2,521 in fines and costs.
Brian K. Toth, 41, of the 700 block of Somerset Street, Johnstown, for criminal conspiracy/delivery of oxycodone, criminal conspiracy/delivery of cocaine, possession of oxycodone and first offense DUI. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County jail with credit for time served, 11 years probation, counseling, monthly drug testing, and $12,705 in fines and costs.
Derrick Unger, 22, of the 100 block of Plank Road, Vintondale, for retail theft, violation of a controlled substance (Fentanyl), flight to avoid apprehension and false identification. Sentenced to five years probation and $4,989 in fines and costs.
Mickey Updyke, 40, of the 1300 block of Virginia Avenue, Johnstown, for theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County jail, suspended for work crew, two years probation, and $6,366 in fines and costs.
Todd Voss, 31, of the 1100 block of Lincoln Avenue, Portage, for retail theft. Sentenced to two years probation and $2,227 in fines and costs.
Jason R. Zemrose, 28, of the 200 block of Shepard Road, Cherry Tree, for violation of a controlled substance (marijuana). Sentenced to one year probation consecutive to other cases and $2,464 in fines and costs.
