• Following is a list of the more serious criminal cases handled by District Judge Galen Decort, Portage:

Shane Steven Slebodnick, 22, of Spindley Road, Gallitzin, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Cory Andrew Stiffler, 25, of the 700 block of Front Street, Cresson, charged with accident by vehicle while drunk and accident involving personal injury.



• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:

Derek Johnson, 46, of the 900 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, charged with theft, receiving stolen property, escape, flight to avoid apprehension, fleeing police and driving with a suspended license, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Hope Harris, 24, of the 800 block of Grove Avenue, Johnstown, charged with eight drug-law violations, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Misty Charnesky, 30, of the 600 block of Horner Street, Johnstown, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and flight to avoid apprehension, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

John M. Whatmore IV, 31, of the 1300 block of Franklin Street and 1800 block of Ruby Street, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Case pending.

Neil Thomas Lloyd, 27, of the 600 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Case pending.

Charges of robbery of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle, receiving stolen property and simple assault were withdrawn against Nathaniel Edwards, 35, of the 900 block of Fronheiser Street, Johnstown, because the victim refused to cooperate.



• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Michael Musulin, downtown Johnstown:

Dwight James Andrews, 35, of Building 35, Oakhurst Homes, and the 300 block of Beatrice Avenue, Johnstown, charged with nine drug-law violations. Case pending.

Kristy Rose, 29, of Building 35, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, charged with three drug-law violations. Case pending.

Christopher L. Schonvisky, 22, of the 700 block of Virginia Avenue, Johnstown, charged with unauthorized use of a car, accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, attempted burglary, attempted criminal trespass, criminal mischief, possessing instruments of crime and two drug-law violations, waived his cases to Cambria County Court. Two separate incidents.

Dennis Sabo, 36, of the 100 block of Maple Park Street, Windber, charged with drunken driving, driving with a suspended license, indecent exposure, driving a car without a valid inspection, driving an unregistered car, driving without the required financial responsibility, and public drunkenness, waived his case to Cambria County Court.



• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Richard Varner, Salix:

Trisha Marie Burkett, 22, of the 700 block of Horner Street, Johnstown, charged with criminal trespassing, criminal mischief and two counts each of disorderly conduct and harassment. Case is pending.

Odessa Ameriga Clark, 21, of Huff Street, Dunlo, waived charges of a altering a license plate and speeding to Cambria County Court. Charges of improper display of registration, driving an unregistered vehicle and operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility were withdrawn.

Harry Elijah Geisel, 27, of Hoffman Avenue, Windber, charged with theft by taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and conspiracy. Case is pending.

Jai Allen Hale, 32, of Smith Street, Beaverdale, charged with theft and criminal mischief, held for Cambria County Court after hearing.



• Following is a list of the more serious criminal cases handled by District Judge Charity Nileski, Cresson:

Justin Michael Lundberg, 24, of the 400 block of Tunnelhill Street, Gallitzin, charged with reckless endangerment, terrorist threats and harassment.

Debra A. Lundberg, 47, of the 400 block of Tunnelhill Street, Gallitzin, was charged with receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.

Jesse Lee Sanders, 23, of Coupon Gallitzin Road, Ashville, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Lee Norman of the 100 block of Clair Avenue, Johnstown, charged with burglary.

Paul McMullen, 47, of the 700 block Portage Road, Cresson, charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangerment, simple assault and harassment.

Stephen Schweiger, 39, of the 900 block of Powell Avenue, Cresson, charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Amanda Marie Nagle, 24, of the 200 block of Fairfield Avenue, Johnstown, charged with theft, receiving stolen property and manufacturing a controlled substance.

David Charles Hamilton, 43, the 1700 block of Beaver Valley Road, Flinton, charged with theft and receiving stolen property



• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township:

Wendy D. Ochoa, 32, of the first block of K Street, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Case pending.



• The following more serious criminal cases were filed recently at District Judge Michael Zungali's office in Hastings:

Tina L. Rusnak, 40, of the 100 block of Back Street, Hastings, charged by Hastings Borough police with DUI, reckless and careless driving, accidents involving damage to unattended property, fleeing or attempting to elude police, six counts of aggravated assault against a police officer, three counts of disorderly conduct, public drunkenness, simple assault, criminal mischief, terroristic threats and institutional vandalism of municipal property. A preliminary hearing scheduled May 27 has been continued to June 24.

Chad W. Flora, 23, of the 700 block of Cole Road, Carrolltown, charged by Patton Borough police with unauthorized use of automobiles and other vehicles. A preliminary hearing is scheduled July 8.

Dennille M. Nihart, 29, of the 500 block of Philadelphia Avenue, Northern Cambria, charged by Northern Cambria Borough police with filing false reports incriminating another to police. A preliminary hearing is scheduled July 8.

Charges against James Weakland, 52, of the 100 block of Balon Road, Patton, were waived to Cambria County Court. Weakland was charged by Patton Borough police with forgery, bad checks and receiving stolen property. Case is pending.

Charges against Jason D. Rankin, 27, of the 3700 block of Campbell Avenue, Northern Cambria, were withdrawn. Ranking was charged by Northern Cambria Borough police with driving while operating privileges were suspended.

Criminal trespass charges against Linda L. Adams, 44, of the 600 block of Griffith Road, Hastings, were withdrawn by state police in Ebensburg.

Forgery, bad checks, theft by deception and receiving stolen property charges against Denise Selvage of the 1700 block of Beaver Valley Road, Flinton, were waived to Cambria County Court. The charges were filed by Patton Borough police in March. Case is pending.

Charges of simple assault, harassment and recklessly endangering another person against Lenny C. Novella, 34, of the 100 block of Bridge Street, Hastings, were withdrawn by Hastings Borough police.

Burglary, simple assault, criminal trespass and harassment charges filed by state police in Ebensburg against Kristy L. Barnosky of the 600 block of Griffith Road, Hastings, were waived to Cambria County Court. Case is pending.
