The following people have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas to criminal charges:

Mekiya R. Shaw, 32, 300 block of Strayer Street, Johnstown, false identification to law enforcement. Given a suspended jail sentence of three months to one year. Ordered to pay $1,670 in costs and fines.

Andrea Lynn Sherman, 29, 100 block of Fairfield Avenue, Johns-town, possession of drugs. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,990 in costs and fines.

Ryan Lewis Silvis, 18, 600 block of Argyle Street, South Fork, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for 12 months and directed to enroll in anger management counseling. Ordered to pay $7,244 in costs and fines.

David Leon Simms Jr., 53, 100 block of Collins Street, Johns-town, receiving stolen property. Given a suspended jail sentence of three to 16 months and directed to seek a job. Ordered to pay $1,626 in costs and fines.

Shane Steven Slebodnick, 23, 200 block of Spindley Road, Gallitzin, simple assault, resisting arrest, retail theft and furnishing or selling alcohol to minors. Placed on probation for two years and ordered to pay $4,809 in costs and fines.

Buddy J. Sorensen, 42, Strongstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,713 in costs and fines.

Thomas D. Stanton, 43, 100 block of Suppes Avenue, Johnstown, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $1,395 in costs and fines.

Bryan Stevens, 20, Jersey City, N.J., two counts of harassment, Placed on probation for six months. Ordered to pay $1,245 in costs and fines.

Kerie Ann Stiles, 20, 200 block of Coleman Street, Hastings, criminal conspiracy to commit theft. Sentenced to two to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,165 in costs and fines.

Brian Michael Sumner, 25, 100 block of Captains Lane, Patton, DUI-second offense and public drunkeness. Sentenced to three to 23 months in county jail. Ordered to pay $3,190 in costs and fines.

Demarko Montrel Sutter, 31, 100 block of Strayer Street, Johns-town, obscenity law violation by selling obscene videos to minors. Sentenced to seven to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,481 in costs and fines.

Jarrad James Tall, 33, 800 block of Main Street, Somerset, possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to four to 12 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,315 in costs and fines.

Dorian D. Taylor, 23, 400 block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, criminal conspiracy to commit robbery. Sentenced to five to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,029 in costs and fines.

Andre C. Toney, 25, 700 block of Sherman Street, Johnstown, DUI, public drunkenness, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to three days to six months in county prison, plus an additional two years probation. Ordered to pay $9,263 in costs and fines.

Arteese Eugene Toney Jr., 27, 700 block of Sherman Street, possession of marijuana, DUI-second offense, fleeing or eluding police, driving while license suspended and public drunkenness. Sentenced to nine to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $6,851 in costs and fines.

Richard Leroy Vanfossen, 49, 700 block of Station Road, Nanty Glo, intimidation of a witness. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,695 restitution.

Christopher Allen Walters, 25, 1600 block of Glendale Valley Boulevard, Fallentimber, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $4,261 in costs and fines.

Melissa M. Warfield, 31, 1600 block of Liberty Street, Ashville, three counts of DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day in county prison. Ordered to pay $10,019 in costs and fines.

Jeffrey A. Webb, 49, 400 block of Green Valley Street, Johns-town, possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to one week to one year in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,370 in costs and fines.

Ronald LeWayne Webb Jr., 51, 400 block of Wood Street, Johns-town, theft by unlawful taking, aggravated assault by a motor vehicle, fleeing or eluding police, driving while license suspended, DUI, public drunkenness and two counts of accidents involving an injury. Sentenced to three to six years in state prison. Ordered to pay $25,068 in costs and fines.

Shawn Donte B. Williams, 26, Philadelphia, receiving stolen property and fleeing or eluding police. Placed on probation for

18 months. Ordered to pay $4,207 in costs and fines.

Erick Scott Winkelman, 43, 1000 block of William Penn Avenue, Johnstown, burglary, criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county prison, but released on house arrest conditions with electronic monitoring; also given a consecutive five years probation. Ordered to pay $7,562 in costs and fines.

Matthew Yingling, 22, 100 block of Front Street, Mineral Point, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,775 in costs and fines.

David Adolph, 44, 1100 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, possession of drugs. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $4,338 in costs and fines.

Peter D. Abramovich, 45, Cherry Tree, two counts of unlawful contact with minor and one count of criminal use of a communications facility. Placed on probation for five years. Ordered to register with state police for 10 years as a Megan’s law offender and to have no computers, no photos of children and no pornography. Ordered to pay $3,022 in costs and fines.

Christina Marie Allsopp, 21, Rear West Ogle Street, Ebensburg, violation of Pharmacy Act. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $730 in costs and fines.

Darnell Jabbar Barnette, 35, 200 block of Prospect Street, Johns-town, flight to avoid apprehension. Sentenced to two months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,858.

Patricia Louise Boyle, 54, 100 block of Ann Street, Northern Cambria, delivery of oxycodone. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $3,768 in costs and fines.

Jabbar H. Brown, 26, 400 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, possession of methadone. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,950 in costs and fines.

William C. Clinemyer II, 28, of 200 block of Park Road, Lilly, criminal conspiracy to commit theft and receiving stolen property. Sentenced to three to 23 months in county prison, plus an additional 11 months probation. Ordered to pay $5,482 in costs and fines.

Myra Shawtel Coleman, 200 block of Chestnut Street, Johns-town, aiding in consummation of a crime. Placed on probation for 18 months. Ordered to pay $2,030 in costs and fines.

Paul Benjamin Davis Jr., 46, 400 block of Glessner Road, Johns-town, DUI-third offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,379 in costs and fines.

In addition, Dan Bothwell, 48, of 1700 block of Price Street, Johnstown, pleaded no contest to simple assault. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,827 in costs and fines.
