A Northern Cambria woman gave birth on the way to Altoona Hospital after another hospital could not perform the delivery, authorities said.
Barry Blake, a paramedic for Veterans Memorial Ambulance Service, said the ambulance crew was transporting the pregnant woman to Altoona Hospital Thursday afternoon.
