• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge John Barron, Upper Yoder Township:

Brennan James McGough, 18, of the 1100 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, charged with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Darrin James Melius, 21, of the 500 block of Cambria Avenue, Revloc, charged with possession of controlled substance by person not registered and manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Rogelin Lopez, 21, of the 700 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Rogelin Lopez, 21, of the 700 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, charged with conspire manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Myra Shawtel Coleman, 19, of the 1100 block of Ridge Avenue, Johnstown, charged with conspire manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Richard Varner, Salix:

Todd Alan Bier, 31, of the 200 block of Knipple Road, Mineral Point, charged with making terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct.

Cirilito Cheatham, 24, of the 600 block of Sherman Street, Johnstown, charged with selling crack cocaine, drug possession and conspiracy. Waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Perry Allen King Jr., 32, of the 100 block of Calhoun Street, Johnstown, charged with selling crack cocaine and drug possession. Waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Paula Marie Pcola, 26, of Hoffman Avenue, Windber, charged with theft by taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and conspiracy. Case is pending.

Amber Russell, 26, of the 200 block of Vine Street, Johnstown, charged with selling marijuana and drug possession. Waived the case to Cambria County Court.

• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Mary Ann Zanghi, Vinco:

Justin Richard Guillarmod, 25, of the 200 block of Gelesh Street, Parkhill, charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement (two counts), terroristic threats and disorderly conduct, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Daniel James Chilcot, 40, of the 700 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspire theft by unlawful taking, had the case bound to Cambria County Court.

Luke Allen Wachs, 21, of the 1100 block of Wagner Street, Nanty Glo, charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

James Joseph Machuta, 33, of the 1700 block of White Street, Nanty Glo, charged with unauthorized use of motor/other vehicles, had the case bound to Cambria County Court.

Wayne A. Seese Jr., 26, of the 100 block of Kathy Drive, Johnstown, charged with resisting arrest/other law enforcement and drunken driving, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Charles William Bartlebaugh III, 21, of the 100 block of Balsam Street, Johnstown, charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Charles William Bartlebaugh III, 21, of the 100 block of Balsam Street, Johnstown, charged with possession of controlled substance by person not registered, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under influence of controlled substance, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Matthew Yingling, 21, of the 100 block of Front Street, Mineral Point, charged with terroristic threats (three counts). Disposition is pending.

Josiah B. Boychuck, 24, of Fulton Drive, Nanty Glo, charged with possession of a controlled substance. Disposition is pending.

Tesia L. Katancik, 21, of the 100 block of Dishong Mountain Road, Johnstown, charged with possession of small amount of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under influence of alcohol and driving under influence of controlled substance. Disposition is pending.

Zachary Donaldson, 21, of the 100 block of Lovell Street, Vintondale, charged with receiving stolen property and false swearing. Disposition is pending.

Dustin M. McNelley, 21, of the 100 block of Fir Street, Johnstown, charged with simple assault. Disposition is pending.

Derek Kovach, 19, of the 100 block of Trout Street, Johnstown, charged with simple assault. Disposition is pending.

• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:

Brennan McGough, 18, of the 300 block of Grove Avenue and 1100 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving with a suspended license. Case pending.

Terry Allen McBee, 39, of the 100 block of Wilshire Boulevard, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, harassment, and terroristic threats. Case pending.

Joseph Stringent, 46, of the 100 block of Du Pont Street, Johnstown, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Case pending.

Lewis Zack Malcolm, 27, of the 1100 block of Linton Street, Johnstown, charged with two counts each of possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Case pending.

Beth Crum, 27, of the 100 block of North White Drive, Johnstown, charged with criminal solicitation and prostitution and related offenses. Case pending.

Misti D. Teston, 27, of the 400 block of Horner Street, Johnstown, charged with criminal solicitation and prostitution and related offenses. Case pending.

Clifford I. Gilbert, 39, of the 100 block of Cedar Street, Johnstown, charged with criminal solicitation and prostitution and related offenses. Case pending.

Carla Rose Gallaher, 38, of the 500 block of Oakland Avenue and Franklin Street, Johnstown, charged with criminal solicitation and prostitution and related offenses. Case pending.

David Wayne Salvati, 44, of the 700 block of Linden Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault and harassment. Case pending.

Robert Palov, 38, of the 1700 block of Ruby Street, Johnstown, charged with two counts each of stalking and harassment. Case pending.

Terry William Nancarvis Jr., 29, of the 100 block of Horner Street, Johnstown, charged with simple assault and harassment. Case pending.

• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township:

Gwendolyn M. Thomas, 31, of the 600 block of Franklin Street, Johnstown, charged with retail theft, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and false identification to police, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Michael Robert Ahrens, 21, of the 200 block of Bertmin Street, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Joseph Scott Rose, 20, of the 600 block of Demuth Street, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Joey D. Halle, 37, of the 100 block of Trostletown Road, Stoystown, charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, and false identification to police, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Charges of corruption of minors and disorderly conduct were withdrawn against Daniel R. Hirsch, 22, of the 1100 block of Charles Street, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County.

Heidi Lynn Butura, 25, whose address was listed as the Cambria County Prison, and who was charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Richard Alan Johnson, 41, whose address was listed as the Cambria County Prison, and who was charged with three counts of recklessly endangering another person and single counts each of drunken driving, fleeing police, duties at stop sign, reckless driving, careless driving and disorderly conduct, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Austin Beard, 22, whose address was listed as the Cambria County Prison and who was charged with two counts of criminal use of a communications facility, one count of theft and five drug-law violations, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Jerome A. Jorinscay Jr., 30, of the 400 block of Luray Avenue, Johnstown, charged with theft, theft of leased property and receiving stolen property. Case pending.

Gary M. McCreary, 34, of the 200 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, charged with false reports and false identification to police. Case pending.

Robin L. Noon, 25, of the 500 block of Vickroy Avenue, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Case pending.

Abhinava Nandi, 20, of the 500 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, charged with defiant trespass, loitering and prowling at nighttime, flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct. Case pending.

Dustin Michael McNelley, 21, of the 100 block of First Street, Conemaugh, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. Case pending.
