Derek Johnson, 47, 900 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, theft and driving while license suspended, was sentenced to six months to two years, less a day, in county jail. Ordered to pay $2,477 in costs and fines.
Timothy Jones, 52, 400 block of Magee Avenue, Patton, possession of drug paraphernalia, was placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,968 in costs and fines.
Terry Johnson, 49, 900 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Ordered to pay $579 in costs and fines.
Thomas R. Kick, 68, 400 block of Jamestown Road, Portage, gambling devices. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to forfeit $2,775 in cash seized by police and pay $760 in costs and fines.
Donald Charles Kick Jr., 36, 1500 block of Springhill Road, Portage, DUI-third offense and public drunkenness, sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county jail. Ordered to pay $4,912 in costs and fines.
Steve Kris, 36, 600 block of Fairfield Avenue, Johnstown, receiving stolen property, was placed on probation for five years. Ordered to pay $30,626 in costs and fines.
Debra Lundberg, 48, 400 block of Tunnelhill Road, Gallitzin, access device fraud, receiving stolen property and drug possession, was placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $4,021 in costs and fines.
James McClean III, 25, 700 block of Seventh Street, Colver, delivery of heroin, was sentenced to six months to two years, less a day, in county jail. Ordered to pay $2,956 in costs and fines.
Michael Wade McCormick, 23, Fairfield Avenue, Johnstown, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, was placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,459 in costs and fines.
Wayne Stephen McMinn, 52, 700 block of Kennedy Avenue, Johnstown, DUI-fifth offense and public drunkenness, was sentenced to one to two years, less a day, in county jail. Ordered to pay $4,390 in costs and fines.
Joshua Leander Martin, 23, 200 block of West High Street, Ebensburg, simple assault and disorderly conduct, sentenced to 10 months to two years, less a day, in county jail, plus an additional one year on probation. Ordered to pay $920 in costs and fines.
Patricia Carol Martin, 48, 800 block of Fourth Street, Mine 37, Windber, disorderly conduct, was placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,745 in costs and fines.
Timbreen R. Miller, 25, 100 block of James Street, Johnstown, possession of cocaine, DUI, driving under suspension and public drunkenness, sentenced to six to 12 months in county jail, plus an additional one year on probation. Ordered to pay $4,291 in costs and fines.
Timothy Jon Miller, 24, 600 block of Woodvale Avenue, Johnstown, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia, was sentenced to eight to 23 months in the county jail. Ordered to pay $2,637 in costs and fines.
Paul Molchany, 43, 500 block of Tioga Street, Johnstown, possession of drug paraphernalia, was placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,283 in costs and fines.
Steven Noland, 58, 600 block of Portage Road, Cresson, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness, was sentenced to three months home confinement with electronic monitoring, plus an additional 21 months on probation. Ordered to pay $4,110 in costs and fines.
Brandy Norwood, 36, 500 block of Hillside Drive, Clymer, criminal trespass, was placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,800 in costs and fines.
Mark Obarsky, 45, 1200 block of Main Street, Johnstown, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness, was sentenced to three months home confinement with electronic monitoring, plus an additional 21 months on probation. Ordered to pay $4,130 in costs and fines.
Donald Pudliner, 38, 100 block of Norton Road, Johns-town, theft by unlawful taking, was placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $7,895 in costs and fines.
