• The following is a list of the more serious criminal cases handled by District Judge Fred Creany, Ebensburg, for the period ending July 1:
Jamie Lee Lynn, 22, of the 300 block of Locust Street, Martinsburg, was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. Case pending.
Jason Andrew Watson, 27, of the 100 block of South Cherry Street, Ebensburg, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness. Case pending.
• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Richard Varner, Salix:
Todd Alan Bier, 31, of the 200 block of Knipple Road, Mineral Point, charged with making terroristic threats, harassment and disorderly conduct.
Cirilito Cheatham, 24, of the 600 block of Sherman Street, Johnstown, charged with selling crack cocaine, drug possession and conspiracy. Waived his case to Cambria County Court.
Robert J. Clifford, 35, of the 100 block of Third Street, South Fork, charged with selling oxycodone and drug possession. Waived his case to Cambria County Court.
Perry Allen King Jr., 32, of the 100 block of Calhoun Street, Johnstown, charged with selling crack cocaine and drug possession. Waived his case to Cambria County Court.
Paula Marie Pcola, 26, of Hoffman Avenue, Windber, charged with theft by taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and conspiracy. Case is pending.
Amber Russell, 26, of the 200 block of Vine Street, Johnstown, charged with selling marijuana and drug possession. Waived her case to Cambria County Court.
Evan Charles Santucci, 22, of the 1200 block of Ringling Avenue, Johnstown, charged with selling crack cocaine, drug possession and criminal use of a cell phone. Waived his case to Cambria County Court.
• The following guilty pleas and sentencings were filed recently at Cambria County Court in Ebensburg:
Justin D. Fetzer, 20, of the 700 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, for use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to six months probation consecutive to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, counseling and $1,889 in fines and costs.
Christina Hockenberry of the 1000 block of Philadelphia Avenue, Northern Cambria, for bad checks. Sentenced to five years probation, which will end in one year if no trouble and $3,028 in fines and costs are paid in full.
Eric Morris, 25, of the 200 block of Gail Avenue, Johnstown, for manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to deliver cocaine. Sentenced to eight months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with credit for time served and $2,297 in fines and costs.
Robert J. Stevens, 33, of the 300 block of McIntyre Avenue, Patton, for violation of Drug Act/paraphernalia, possession, driving under non-DUI-related suspension, second offense DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months house arrest with electronic monitoring, 32 months less one day probation, attend driving school and counseling and $6,478 in fines and costs.
Lucy A. Volocko, 27, of the 500 block of Fronheiser Street, Johnstown, for manufacture/ possession with intent to deliver cocaine, manufacture/possession with intent deliver controlled substances, theft by unlawful taking, and theft by deception. Sentenced to nine months to two years less one day in Cambria County Prison with sentence to begin Aug. 15, 12 years probation and $26,647 in fines and costs.
Gino F. Winkleman, 22, of the 1200 block of Solomon Street, Johnstown, for theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy. Sentenced to one year probation and $3,555 in fines and costs.
• The following orders for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition were filed recently at Cambria County Court in Ebensburg:
Bobbijoe M. Channel, 34, of the 700 block of Somerset Street, Johnstown, for obstruction of administration of law. Sentenced to 12 months ARD and $1,382 in fines and costs.
Clinton D. Dudley, 21, of the 600 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, for theft of leased property. Sentenced to 36 months ARD or when $4,132 in fines and costs are paid in full.
Christopher R. Gilliam, 21, of Willow Hall, Pitt-Johnstown campus, Johnstown, for criminal conspiracy. Sentenced to six months ARD, attend anger management counseling and $6,892 in fines and costs.
Jennifer L. Gray, 29, of the 2900 block of William Penn Avenue, Johnstown, for retail theft. Sentenced to 12 months ARD and $1,382 in fines and costs.
James R. Hrivnak, 25, of the 1000 block of Tener Street, Johnstown, for receiving stolen property. Sentenced to 12 months ARD and $1,380 in fines and costs.
Cory B. Johns, 22, of the 600 block of Fulmer Road, Johnstown, for theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 12 months ARD and $1,444 in fines and costs.
Tina M. Laskowski, 27, of the South Washington Street, North East, for violation of the Pharmacy Act. Sentenced to 12 months ARD, drug and alcohol treatment as ordered by the court, and $1,410 in fines and costs.
Selina Lehman, 27, of the 900 block of Bloom Street, Johnstown, for theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to 23 moths ARD or when $2,422 in fines and costs are paid in full.
Amanda C. McBreen, 26, of the 700 block of Portage Road, Cresson for reckless endangerment. Sentenced to 23 months ARD and $2,864 in fines and costs.
Amber R. Plummer, 22, of the 100 block of Taylor Lane, Salix, for hindering apprehension. Sentenced to 12 months ARD and $1,392 in fines and costs.
Kenneth P. Schmelzlen, 23, of the 300 block of Church Street, Gallitzin, for corruption of minors. Sentenced to 12 months ARD with no early termination, no contact with victims and $1,371 in fines and costs.
Jill M. Smeed, 33, of the 100 block of Harding Avenue, Revloc, for reckless driving. Sentenced to 23 months ARD, must be fingerprinted by Jackson Township police, and pay $3,715 in fines, costs and restitution.
Michelle L. Stauffer, 35, of the 400 block of Village Street, Johnstown, for recklessly endangering another, simple assault, disorderly conduct and terroristic threats. Sentenced to 12 months ARD with no early termination, no contact with victim, must attend anger management counseling, and pay $1,427 in fines and costs.
Tiffany M. Wiedemann, 26, of Gray, for retail theft. Sentenced to 12 months ARD and $1,382 in fines and costs.
