• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township:

David John Stanislav, 24, of the 300 block of Sam Street, Johnstown, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Case pending.

Samuel Ronald Poprich, 23, of the 400 block of Locust Street, Johnstown, was charged with receiving stolen property. Case pending.

Jill D. Griffith, 29, of Bldg. 2, Solomon Homes, Johnstown, charged with six counts of forgery and three counts of receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Tyshea Thomas, 32, of the 700 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, was charged with seven counts each of forgery and receiving stolen property. Case pending.

Abhinava Nandi, 20, of the 500 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown, charged with defiant trespass, loitering and prowling at nighttime, flight to avoid apprehension and disorderly conduct, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Kenneth Theodore Oaks, 21, of the 100 block of Wissinger Road, Windber, charged with burglary, criminal trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Kristin M. Blough, 27, of the 600 block of Parker Road, Johnstown, charged with attempting to acquire a controlled substance by misrepresentation and tampering with writing, records or identification, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Eric Keith Rager, 26, of the 200 block of Laurel Avenue, Pittsburgh, charged with theft, receiving stolen property and forgery, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Nicole M. Dedik, 24, of the first block of Fulton Drive, Nanty Glo, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Robin Y. Weyandt, 47, of the 100 block of Taylor Lane, Salix, charged with forgery, identity theft, theft, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Lisa Marie Adams, 27, of the 200 block of West Oakmont Boulevard, Johnstown, charged with retail theft, conspiring to commit retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Jamie Lee Weigle, 30, of the 300 block of Ferndale Avenue, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Mark E. Leap, 40, of the 900 block of East Logan Avenue, Altoona, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Ashley D. Brown, 22, of the 800 block of East Main Street, Somerset, charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property and defiant trespass, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

A charge of issuing a worthless check was withdrawn against Jamie R. Werner, 39, doing business as J. Werner Construction and Excavation, Garrett. He agreed to pay $3,510 restitution and $124 costs.

A charge of theft of leased property was withdrawn against John Wayne Green, 24, of the 4500 block of Somerset Pike, Hollsopple. He agreed to pay $1,373 restitution and $224 costs.

Christopher Dugent, 32, of the 500 block of Grove Avenue, Johnstown, charged with retail theft, receiving stolen property, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license and flight to avoid apprehension, was declared a fugitive.

• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Richard Varner, Salix:

Daniel J. Applegate, 52, of the 1200 block of Frankstown Road, charged with insurance fraud, illegally operating a taxi service and violating a Public Utility Commission order. Held for Cambria County Court following a hearing.

Donald J. Laughtenbacher, 32, of Centennial Drive, Windber, charged with four counts of making terroristic threats, four counts harassment, four counts disorderly conduct and a firearms violation. Case is pending.

Tyler Andrew Bawiec, 19, of the 400 block of Lake Street, South Fork, charged with aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault, two counts disorderly conduct, and harassment. Case is pending.

Thomas David Jr., 23, of Pittsburgh, charged with selling heroin and crack cocaine, two counts of drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia, and a firearms violation. Held for Cambria County Court following a hearing.

Myron Coleman, 20, of Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, charged with possession with the intent to deliver marijuana and drug possession. Held for Cambria County Court following a hearing.

David Killinger, 49, of the 200 block of Main Street, South Fork, charged with two counts each theft, theft by deceptions, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, and one count of theft from a motor vehicle. Waived his case to Cambria County Court.

• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge John W. Barron, Upper Yoder Township:

Charges of robbery of a motor vehicle, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and simple assault lodged against Robert Sean Keller, 38, 100 block of Old Walsal Road, Johnstown, were withdrawn.

A charge of disorderly conduct lodged against Joseph William Bailey, 35, rear 200 block of Harold Avenue, Johnstown, was withdrawn.

Charges of simple assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct lodged against Jeremy K. Penrose, 28, 900 block of Albright Avenue, Johnstown, were withdrawn. He pleaded guilty to a summary charge of disorderly conduct.

Charges of simple assault and misdemeanor disorderly conduct lodged against Amanda Lee Rodkey, 19, 400 block of Cathedral Avenue, Pittsburgh, were withdrawn. She pleaded guilty to a summary charge of disorderly conduct.

John M. Fletcher, 28, 1700 block of William Penn Avenue, Johnstown, charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, unlawful restraint, stalking and terroristic threats, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Bryan Custer, 51, 500 block of Mars Street, Johnstown, charged with terroristic threats and possession of firearm prohibited, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Melissa Ann Fisher, 26, 200 block of Delaware Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

David Adolph, 43, 1100 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, charged with manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, had the case bound to Cambria County Court.

Melody Harris, 19, 600 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, charged with manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture or deliver controlled substance, possession of controlled substance by person not registered and conspire manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to manufacture of deliver controlled substance, had the case bound to Cambria County Court.

• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:

Callie V. Williams, 27, of the first block of Clover Street, Johnstown, was charged with endangering the welfare of children, recklessly endangering another person, false reports to police, permitting a violation of vehicle title, and permitting an unauthorized person to drive. Case pending.

David E. Ferg Jr., 39, of the 800 block of Fronheiser Street, Johnstown, was charged with recklessly endangering another person, simple assault, endangering the welfare of children, and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Case pending.

John Michael Neary, 54, of the 200 block of Grove Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, drunken driving, driving without a license, and driving with a suspended license. Case pending.

Tyshea Sheree Thomas, 32, of the 700 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, was charged with prostitution and related offenses. Case pending.

Jeffrey Norton, 20, of the 300 block of Pine Street, Johnstown, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Case pending.

Charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, prohibited offensive weapon, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness were dismissed against Laron Likey Joyner, 28, of the 400 block of Corinne Street, Johnstown, when the victim failed to appear.

John M. Whatmore IV, 32, of the 1300 block of Franklin Street and 1800 block of Ruby Street, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Andrew Jay Johnson, 46, of the 700 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, charged with hindering apprehension and obstructing justice, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Ashley Lynn Cover, 22, of the 200 block of Saipan Road, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Charges of simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct were dismissed against Kwame Kali Lassiter, 26, of the 900 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown.

Travis Nevell King, 29, of the 700 block of Duke Place, Johnstown, charged with criminal trespass and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Heidi Renee Duncan, 27, of the first block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Brian David Adams, 40, of the 200 block of Lincoln Street, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Case pending.

Rashaun R. Puryear, 29, of the 300 block of Beatrice Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with false reports to police. Case pending.

Charlotte L. Norton, 36, of the 300 block of Main Street, Johnstown, charged with terroristic threats, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Brian Schloski, 34, of the 500 block of Maple Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Kelly Lynn Miller, 36, of the 500 block of Maple Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Craig Koser, 27, of the 600 block of Menoher Boulevard, Johnstown, charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Shawn Liptak, 18, of the 100 block of Garfield Street, Johnstown, charged with flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, theft, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Mark A. Berchin, 40, of the 300 block of Thomas Lane, Johnstown, charged with fleeing police, recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving, running a red light, failure to drive within a single lane, and careless driving, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Bruce Derosa, 30, of the 400 block of Harold Avenue, Johnstown, charged with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a controlled substance and restrictions on alcoholic beverages, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Elizabeth Dubay-Hilliard, 41, of the 200 block of Wallulla Street, Butler, Butler County, charged with forgery and unsworn falsification, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Erin Marie Lozanoff, 18, of the 700 block of Virginia Avenue, Johnstown, charged with flight to avoid apprehension, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, and public drunkenness, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Jennifer Fenimore, 30, of the first block of Palmer Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, waived her case to Cambria County Court. A charge of aggravated assault was withdrawn.

Charges of simple assault and harassment were withdrawn against Heather Ann Ressler, 33, of the 100 block of Peach Avenue, Johnstown. She pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $300 fine and $122 costs.

Charges of simple assault and harassment were withdrawn against Amanda Mae Maser, 24, of the 600 block of Wynn Avenue, Johnstown. She pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $300 fine and $122 costs.

• The following guilty pleas and sentencings were filed recently at Cambria County Courthouse in Ebensburg:

Crystal Baldish, 23, of Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, for tampering with evidence. Sentenced to 15 months probation and $1,978 in fines and costs.

Roseann Barber, 36, of the 800 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, for retail theft. Sentenced to $500 in fines and costs.

Byron G. Carter, 42, of the 600 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, for retail theft. Sentenced to two years probation and $2,951 in fines and costs.

Erica L. Clark, 37, of the 100 block of River Street, Hollsopple, for disorderly conduct and defiant trespass. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $575 in fines and costs.

Joseph W. Cole Jr., 27, of the 200 block of East Conemaugh, for false reports to law enforcement. Sentenced to 18 months probation and $1,933 in fines and costs.

Scott P. Dusack, 19, of the 900 block of Coal Avenue, Central City, for defiant trespass. Sentenced to one year probation and $1,514 in fines and costs.

Zachary G. Eiseman, 20, of the 500 block of East Tenth Avenue, Tarentum, for simple assault, disorderly conduct and recklessly endangering another person. Sentenced to four years and 11 months probation and $16,291 in fines and costs.

Mable L. Ford, 39, of the 1000 block of Berg Street, Johnstown, for simple assault. Sentenced to two years probation and $2,375 in fines and costs.

Corey G. Fowler, 27, of the 500 block of Front Street, Cresson, for simple assault and endangering welfare of children. Sentenced to two years probation and $3,073 in fines and costs.

Dennis L. Gates, 54, of the 400 block of Fourth Avenue, Altoona, for recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Sentenced to $3,161 in fines and costs.

Sharmar Gibson, 27, of the 100 block of Garfield Street, Johnstown, for theft by unlawful taking and violation of a controlled substance/cocaine. Sentenced to two years probation and $6,529 in fines and costs.

Matthew R. Goehres, 27, of the 500 block of North Center Avenue, Somerset, for indecent assault and corruption of minors. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County Jail and $5,975 in fines and costs.

Corey J. Heinrich, 21, of the 200 block of Somerset Avenue, Windber, for violation of a controlled substance/possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. Sentenced to two years probation and $3,585 in fines and costs.

Brenan R. Hill, 19, of the 800 block of Mohn Street, Steelton, for required financial responsibility, registration and certificate of title registration and operation of a vehicle without inspection. Sentenced to nine months probation and $1,121 in fines and costs.

Helen James, 45, of the 1100 block of Marra Road, Dysart, for simple trespass and harassment. Sentenced to $929 in fines and costs.
