• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge John Barron, Upper Yoder Township:

Natasha L. Lickenfelt, 27, of the 100 block of Edgewood Lane, Seward, charged with terroristic threats, criminal mischief and three counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Deann Susan Furda, 41, of the 200 block of Bertmin Street, Johnstown, charged with terroristic threats and harassment, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Johnny Duncan, 24, of Messenger Street, Johnstown, charged with two counts each of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, waived his case to Cambria County Court.



• The following is a list of the more serious criminal cases handled by District Judge Fred Creany, Ebensburg, for the period ending Wednesday:

Matthew S. Haluska, 24, of the 100 block of West High Street, Patton, waived charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, plus careless driving and other related charges, to Cambria County Court. The case is pending.

Sharon Harasty, 25, of the 700 block of Main Street, Vintondale, is charged with writing bad checks. The case is pending.



• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Leonard Grecek, Roxbury:

Clayton D. Dudley, 21, of the 600 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown, was charged with disorderly conduct, flight to avoid apprehension, accidents involving personal injury, accidents involving personal injury while not properly licensed, hit-run, driving without a license, reckless driving and running a stop sign. Cases pending. Two separate incidents.

Lisa Robson, 43, of the 800 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with theft and receiving stolen property. Case pending.

Andree Cortez Toney, 25, of the 700 block of Sherman Street, Johnstown, charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license and habitual offender regarding a suspended license, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Davon Marquise Knight, 22, of the 900 block of Hillgate Place, Pittsburgh, charged with burglary and criminal trespass, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Damien P. Pastovic, 27, of the 100 block of Hickory Street, Johnstown, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Heidi Renee Duncan, 27, of the first block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, charged with criminal trespass, retail theft, attempted retail theft, theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

William George Peachy Jr., 40, of the 600 block of Russell Avenue, Johnstown, charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Harry Sterling, 44, of the 600 block of Russell Avenue, Johnstown, charged with simple assault and harassment, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Dayon Dequan Richardson, 23, of the 200 block of David Street, Johnstown, charged with indecent assault and corruption of minors, waived his case to Cambria County Court.

Charges of burglary, theft and receiving stolen property were dismissed against Janet Ferbiak, 51, of the first block of Messenger Street, Johnstown, when the alleged victim failed to appear.

Charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiring to commit both offenses were dismissed against Maximilian P. Pheasant, 19, of the 500 block of Cypress Avenue, Johnstown.

Charges of terroristic threats, simple assault, resisting arrest, public drunkenness and harassment were dismissed against Mark Joseph Mills, 37, of the 800 block of Bedford Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $100 fine and $122 costs.

Charges of robbery, conspiring to commit robbery, aggravated assault, theft and receiving stolen property were dismissed against Zachary Andrews, 16, of Building 7, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, when the alleged victim failed to appear.

Charges of robbery, conspiring to commit robbery, theft and receiving stolen property, were dismissed against Kuamaine Anthony Hamiter, 19, of the 400 block of Chester Street and 200 block of East Otterman Street, Johnstown, when the alleged victim failed to appear.

Charges of robbery, conspiring to commit robbery and receiving stolen property were dismissed against Terrell Irving, 17, of the 300 block of Conway Street, Johnstown, when the alleged victim failed to appear.

Charges of prohibited offensive weapon and possessing a weapon on school property were withdrawn against Andre Hinton, 19, of the 600 block of Somerset Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $75 fine and $122 costs.

A charge of possession of a small amount of marijuana was withdrawn against Jason Ling, 21, of the 600 block of Wynn Street, Johnstown. He pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was assessed a $300 fine and $122 costs.



• The following are more serious criminal cases handled recently by District Judge Mary Ann Zanghi, Vinco:

A charge of terroristic threats lodged against Dennis Roles, 35, of the 200 block of Calhoun Street, Johnstown, was dismissed. The charge was dismissed when the alleged victim failed to appear.

Charges of simple assault and summary counts of defiant trespass and harassment lodged against Garth N. Price, 23, of the 1300 block of Johnson Street, Nanty Glo, were withdrawn. Price pleaded guilty to a summary charge of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a $25 fine and $122 in costs.

Gary M. Branick, 47, of the 400 block of Birch Street, Nanty Glo, charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and conspire theft by unlawful taking, waived the case to Cambria County Court.

Melvin Jerome Buck, 54, of the 1700 block of White Street, Nanty Glo, charged with theft by unlawful taking (one case) and defiant trespass (one case) waived both to Cambria County Court.



• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Max Pavlovich, Richland Township:

Blaine Vincent Jackson, 31, of the 100 block of C Street, Johnstown, was charged with three drug-law violations. Case pending.

Mickey Ted Wardle, 20, of the 1000 block of Boyd Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with theft, receiving stolen property, conspiring to commit theft, conspiring to receive stolen property and a drug-law violation. Case pending.

Erica Schindel Clark, 37, of the 100 block of River Road, Seanor, was charged with forgery, access-device fraud, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and conspiring to commit access-device fraud. Case pending.

John Derrick Barry, 35, of the 100 block of River Street, Hollsopple, was charged with three counts of receiving stolen property, two counts each of access-device fraud, theft by deception and retail theft, and single counts each of forgery and conspiring to commit access-device fraud. Cases pending. Three separate incidents.

Andrew Rose, 19, of the 200 block of Chestnut Street, Johnstown, was charged with three counts of criminal mischief and one count of institutional vandalism. Case pending.

Earl Munoz, 23, of the 400 block of Chestnut Street, Johnstown, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment, criminal mischief, flight to avoid apprehension, criminal trespass and stalking. Cases pending. Two separate incidents.

Edward Malik Johnson, 34, of the 600 block of Von Lunen Road, Johnstown, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, harassment, disorderly conduct, institutional vandalism, resisting arrest and criminal mischief. Case pending.

Clinton Sabo, 25, of the 3400 block of Elton Road, Johnstown, was charged with unsworn falsification, false reports, hindering apprehension, accidents involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property, failure to report an accident, reckless driving and careless driving. Case pending.

Derek Custer Edwards, 20, of the 1500 block of Gusty Court, Johnstown, charged with criminal trespass, theft, computer theft, receiving stolen property and conspiring to commit burglary, waived his case to Cambria County Court. A charge of burglary was withdrawn.

Vincent Paul Bahorik Jr., 29, of the 2900 block of Graham Avenue, Windber, charged with criminal trespass, theft, computer theft, receiving stolen property and conspiring to commit burglary, waived his case to Cambria County Court. A charge of burglary was withdrawn.

Nikole F. Herndon, 22, of the 100 block of Snably Avenue, Johnstown, charged with two counts each of retail theft and receiving stolen property, waived her case to Cambria County Court.

Deana Danielle Heltzel, 31, of the 300 block of Corinne Street, Johnstown, charged with three counts of retail theft and one count each of receiving stolen property and defiant trespass, waived her cases to Cambria County Court. Three separate incidents.

Two counts of issuing a worthless check were withdrawn against Patricia L. Wilson, 48, of the 2400 block of Fieldstone Avenue, Summerhill, and doing business as W&W Excavating and Farmhouse Quilting. She agreed to pay $3,279 restitution.



• The following is a list of the more serious criminal dispositions handled recently by District Judge Michael Musulin, downtown Johnstown:

Brian David Adams, 40, of the 200 block of Lincoln Street, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass and public drunkenness. Case pending.

David Keith Smith, 30, of Building 49, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, was charged with simple assault, harassment and recklessly endangering another person. Case pending.

Thomas Glenn Spickler, 26, of the 3700 block of Graham Avenue, Windber, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. Case pending.

Jamie Barkley, 23, of the 100 block of Kuvinka Avenue, Seward, was charged with criminal trespass. Case pending.

Michael Brance McCray, 20, of the 300 block of Ebensburg Road, Johnstown, was charged with resisting arrest, flight to avoid apprehension, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Case pending.

Frank Lewis, 44, of the 700 block of Maple Avenue, Johnstown, was charged with criminal trespass. Case pending.

Dwight James Andrews, 35, of Building 35, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, charged with 10 drug-law violations, waived his case to Cambria County Court.
