The following guilty pleas and sentencings were filed recently at Cambria County Courthouse in Ebensburg:
Lucie K. Waugh, 35, of the 400 block of Magee Avenue, Patton, for retail theft/taking merchandise. Sentenced to 36 months probation consecutive to current plan and $2,184 in fines, costs and restitution.
Donald M. Williams, 31, of the 300 block of McMillen Street, Johnstown, for loitering and prowling at nighttime and criminal mischief/tangible property. Sentenced to 15 months probation consecutive to any other payment plan and $1,290 in fines and costs.
Paul L. Witherspoon, 55, of the 100 block of Cook Street, Johnstown, for manufacture/delivery/possession with intent to deliver cocaine and use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to one to two years less one day in Cambria County jail, credit for time served and automatic parole, 12 months probation and $4,844 in fines and costs.
The following orders and conditions of Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition were filed recently at Cambria County Courthouse in Ebensburg:
William A. Sharpe III, 22, of the 700 block of Fronheiser Street, Johnstown, for defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Sentenced to 60 months ARD, no early termination, must attend anger management classes and $9,849 in fines and costs.
Eric P. Schubert, 24, of the 400 block of Ohio Street, Johnstown, for unauthorized use of vehicles. Sentenced to $1,409 in fines and costs.
Chastity A. Simanski, 20, of the 100 block of Peary Circle, Altoona, for DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to 23 months ARD and $2,776 in fines and costs.
Corey Smith, 20, of the 800 block of Sunberry Street, Johnstown, for bad checks. Sentenced to 23 months ARD or until $2,442 in fines and costs are paid in full.
Marcus Tullis, 22, of the 300 block of Gray Avenue, Johnstown, for defiant trespass, simple assault, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief. Sentenced to 60 months ARD, attend anger management classes, 12 months no early termination, and $9,839 in fines and costs.
The following orders and conditions of Probation without Verdict were filed recently at Cambria County Courthouse in Ebensburg:
Gregory Ininar, 24, of the 600 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, for violation of a controlled substance/possession of paraphernalia. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $2,068 in fines and costs.
William Lint III, 20, of Stadium Terrace, Windber, for violation of a controlled substance and possession of paraphernalia. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $2,295 in fines and costs.
Matthew R. Newcomer, 21, of the 1200 block of Woodmont Avenue, New Kensington, for possession of a controlled substance/marijuana. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $2,096 in fines and costs.
Matthew D. Ringler, 21, of Shamrock Court, Duncansville, for use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $2,070 in fines and costs.
Stanley Rodriguez, 26, of the 800 block of Sherman Street, Johnstown, for use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $1,950 in fines and costs.
Christian J. Shannon, 22, of the 2000 block of Sonny Street, Pittsburgh, for use/possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 12 months probation and $2,128 in fines and costs.
