Windber robbery probed

WINDBER — Two men escaped with an undisclosed amount of money in a robbery at 2 p.m. Saturday at Smoke City in the 1300 block of Graham Avenue.

Windber police said that one robber, who was described as about 19 years old, was wearing a blue T-shirt with a Nike logo on it, baggy jeans and black boots. His left eyebrow and left ear are pierced, and he has a tattoo running down the length of his left arm, police said.

The second suspect was wearing a black Dog Run T-shirt and a black do rag with a skull and crossbones designs on it, the police said.

Both robbers were described as white men. The police declined to release further details of the robbery.
