The following persons have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas (costs and fines amounts may include restitution):

Charles Johnson, 33, 200 block of Charles Street, Johnstown, drug possession. Placed on probation for 12 months. Ordered to pay $2,420 in costs and fines.

Edward J. Jordan, 43, 600 block of Yoder Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Sentenced to one to 12 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,290 in costs and fines.

Russell Jay Kause, 28, 500 block of First Street, Mine 37, Windber, recklessly endangering another person. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $13,564 in costs and fines.

Ronnie George Keith, 54, 900 block of Glendale Valley Boulevard, Fallentimber, harassment. Ordered to pay $1,142 in costs and fines. No further sentence.

Ryan Konsavich, 27, 1300 block of Conemaugh Avenue, Portage, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $701 in costs and fines.

Melissa J. Koshinsky, 32, Campbell Avenue, Johnstown, theft of leased property. Given a suspended sentence of nine to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,456 in costs and fines.

Michael Allen Kovacic, 49, 400 block of Rear Caldwell Avenue, Portage, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,634 in costs and fines.

James W. Lewis, 27, 1000 block of Cambria Street, Nanty Glo, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $701 in costs and fines.

Wayne Jeffrey Livingston Jr., 33, 500 block of Franklin Street, Johnstown, harassment. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $1,041 in costs and fines.

Patrick John McCachren, 43, 2300 Philadelphia Avenue, Northern Cambria, three counts of harassment. Placed on probation for nine months. Ordered to pay $1,295 in costs and fines.

Robert John McCully, 36, Verona, Allegheny County, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,739 in costs and fines.

Brennan James McGough, 19, rear 700 block of Park Avenue, possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and driving while license suspended. Sentenced to six to 12 months in the county prison, plus an additional 12 months probation. Ordered to pay $3,258 in costs and fines.

Crystal Mayes, 21, 600 block of Lake Street, South Fork, criminal mischief. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $726 in costs and fines.

John Misera, 32, 1200 block of Goucher Street, Johnstown, carrying a firearm without a permit and pointing and discharging a firearm. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $1,711 in costs and fines.

Elizabeth Ann Mitchell, 35, 400 block of Southmont Boulevard, Johnstown, false reports to law-enforcement authorities and two counts of permitting a person with suspended licence to drive her vehicle. Sentenced to 14 days to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,067 in costs and fines.

Robin Lynn Noon, 27, 500 block of Vickroy Avenue, Johnstown, false reports to law-enforcement authorities and retail theft. Placed on probation for 18 months. Ordered to pay $2,708 in costs and fines.

Joshua Edward Oswalt, 23, Box 94, Wilmore, possession with the intent to deliver drugs and criminal conspiracy to deliver cocaine. Sentenced to

14 months to three years in state prison. Ordered to pay $3,396 in costs and fines.

Christina Marie Pecze, 27, 528 First Street, Windber, simple assault, recklessly endangering others and harassment. Placed on probation for

23 months. Ordered to pay $2,211 in costs and fines.

Gordon Louis Perry II, 27, Altoona, receiving stolen property. Sentenced to seven days to 12 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,544 in costs and fines.

Samuel Ronald Poprich, 25, 400 block of Locust Street, Johnstown, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for seven years. Ordered to pay $6,758 restitution.

David Rankin, 30, 1500 block of Christoff Street, Nanty Glo, operating a vehicle without a required interlock. Placed on probation for six months. Ordered to pay $971 in costs and fines.

Nicole T. Scarton, 31, 100 block of Fremont Avenue, Portage, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for 12 months. Ordered to pay $931 in costs and fines.

Dawn Michelle Schrock, 20, 400 block of Oak Street, Johns-town, endangering welfare of a child, criminal neglect of a care dependent person, conspiracy in the neglect of a care dependent person, theft by deception and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds. Sentenced to six months to two years, less a day, in county prison, plus an additional 12 months probation. Ordered to pay $6,722 in costs and fines.

Shannon Marie Shilling, 32, 300 block of Ashcroft Avenue, Cresson, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $699 in costs and fines.

Jacqueline Lakeey Toney, 24, 700 block of Sherman Street, Johnstown, aggravated assault. Sentenced to five to 10 years in state prison. Ordered to pay $2,496 in costs and fines.
