The following have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas to criminal charges (costs and fines may include restitution):

Brennan James McGough, 19, 400 block of Everhart Street, Johnstown, firearms without a license, possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI first offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to 18 months to four years in state prison. Ordered to pay $3,825 in costs and fines.

Danielle Marie McKinley, 28, 600 block of Village Way, Somerset, receiving stolen pro-

perty. Placed on probation for

18 months. Ordered to pay $1,986 in costs and fines.

Arthur Mackel, 71, 400 block of A Court, South Fork, violation of dog law-kennel license. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $631 in costs and fines.

Glenda Marie Martell, 29, 200 block of Babcock Park Road, Windber, resisting arrest, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking and identity theft. Sentenced to 18 months to three years in state prison. Ordered to pay $2,687 in costs and fines.

Jesse Massey, 24, Harding Avenue, Revloc, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Placed on probation for 18 months. Ordered to pay $1,786 in costs and fines.

Matthew Clinton Melius, 28, 700 block of Prospect Street, Portage, theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to six to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,141 in costs and fines.

Nathan T. Miller, 24, 200 block of Adams Avenue, Mineral Point, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $701 in costs and fines.

James Albert Miller III, 20, 300 block of Ihmsen Avenue, Johnstown, criminal conspiracy to deliver cocaine. Sentenced to six months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,725 in costs and fines.

Eric Andrew Morris, 26,

200 block of Gail Street, Johns-town, simple assault. Sentenced to three to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,252 in costs and fines.

Angel Muniz, 31, State Correctional Institution at Graterford, two counts of simple assault. Sentenced to 18 months to three years in state prison. Ordered to pay $2,085 in costs and fines.

Ryan Joseph Nadolosky, 21, 800 block of Noels Creek Road, Lilly, drug delivery. Sentenced to two to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,958 in costs and fines.

Karen S. Nihart, 34, 1300 block of Second Street, Nanty Glo, theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,132 in costs and fines.

Todd Olshavsky, 32, 800 block of Sherman Street, Portage, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $1,057 in costs and fines.

Sandra Louise Palmer, 36, 200 block of Rear Barron Avenue, Johnstown, possession of cocaine. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,16 in costs and fines.

Paula Marie Pcola, 28,

200 block of Pine Bluff Road, Sidman, criminal mischief. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $1,304 in costs and fines.

Steven Christopher Perschka, Curwensville, Clearfield County, criminal mischief, drug delivery. Sentenced to eight months to two years in state prison. Ordered to pay $2,164 in costs and fines.

Archie Posea, 37, 100 block of Charles Street, Johnstown, harassment. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $501 in costs and fines.

Brian C. Querry, 47, Greensburg, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,255 in costs and fines.

Robert P. Randolph, 49,

100 block of Oak Clove Road, Confluence, escape. Sentenced to one to two years in state prison. Ordered to pay $557 in costs and fines.

George A. Robinson, 18,

400 Coleman Avenue, Johns-town, attempted burglary. Sentenced to 18 months to three years in state prison. Ordered to pay $743 in costs and fines.

Derrick Rose, 22, 300 block of Golde Street, Johnstown, simple assault, resisting arrest and flight to avoid apprehension. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $604 in costs and fines.

Michael J. Rummel, 23,

2000 block of Ottawa Street, Johnstown, terroristic threats and simple assault. Sentenced to two months to two years in prison. Ordered to pay $2,670 in costs and fines.

Mackie Dee Schriner, 28, Cumberland, Md., formerly of Johnstown, 10 counts of theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for 35 months. Ordered to pay $6,514 in costs and fines.

Christopher Aaron Smith, 400 block of Oak Street, Johns-town, drug possession. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,164 in costs and fines.

Natalie Cozette Smith, 36, 300 block of Hickory Street, Johnstown, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Sentenced to six to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,506 in costs and fines.

Jerry Lee Spaid, 27, Penn Avenue, Cresson, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and two counts of access device fraud. Sentenced to nine months to two years, less a day, in county prison, plus an additional five years probation. Ordered to pay $13,442 in costs and fines.
