The following have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas to criminal charges (costs and fines may include restitution):
Jerry Wayne McCullough,
700 block of Rear Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, DUI-second offense, fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving while license suspended, reckless driving, no vehicle registration, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months to two years, less a day, in county prison, plus an additional two years probation. Ordered to pay $6,230 in costs and fines.
Patrick Steiner, 24, 600 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, terroristic threats. Given a suspended term of six to 23 months in jail. Ordered to pay $1,911 in costs and fines.
John Stupsky, 32, 100 block of Second Street, Twin Rocks, DUI-second offense, driving while license suspended and public drunkenness. Sentenced to nine months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $4,290 in costs and fines.
Richard John Sybert, 29, Strongstown, DUI-second offense, driving while license suspended and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months to two years, less a day, in county prison. Ordered to pay $4,460 in costs and fines.
Joshua Daniel Taormina, 20,
700 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to one to 12 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,073 in costs and fines.
Brad Derick Turner, 28, Oakhurst Homes, Johnstown, sex offenders required to register. Sentenced to 20 months to four years in state prison. Ordered to pay $800 in costs and fines.
Todd Andrew Voss, 32,
1100 block of Lincoln Avenue, Portage, receiving stolen property. Sentenced to four to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,378 in costs and fines.
Joyce Wertz, 31, 300 block of Rear Daniel Street, Johnstown, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $2,020 in costs and fines.
Eric Joel Westover, 23,
600 block of Cypress Avenue, Johns-
town, indecent assault. Sentenced to nine to 18 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $989 in costs and fines.
Gladys Irene Wilkinson, 39, Hawk Run, Clearfield County, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. ordered to pay $2,288 in costs and fines.
Amara Williams, 18, Philadelphia, simple assault. Sentenced to five to 10 months in state prison. Ordered to pay $542 in costs and fines.
Christopher James Wilson, 20, 300 block of Cliff Street, Johns-
town, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $787 in costs and fines.
Amanda Beth Woodruff, 24, 200 block of Grazier Street, Johnstown, two counts each of DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $6,786 in costs and fines.
Corey James Yarnish, 22,
100 block of Morningside Drive, Flinton, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief and retail theft. Sentenced two to 14 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,206 in costs and fines.
Carol Lynn Zeglen, 43,
1100 block of Fourth Street, Nanty Glo, resisting arrest and two counts of simple assault. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $2,862 in costs and fines.
William Reed Zeigler, 69, White Oak, Allegheny County, forgery and two counts of access device fraud. Given a suspended sentence of six to 23 months in jail, plus an additional two years probation. Ordered to pay $3,608 in costs and fines.
In addition, the following also were sentenced:
Kaazim Muhammed, 28, State Correctional Institution-Cresson, on jury conviction of aggravated harassment by a prisoner. Sentenced to 27 to 72 months in state prison.
William Patrick Mulhern, 52,
500 block of Main Street, Gallitzin, on no contest plea to intimidation of witnesses and guilty pleas to simple assault and harassment. Sentenced to 10 to 23 months, with five of the 10 months in home confinement and five suspended. Plus three months probation. Ordered to pay $4,415 in costs and fines.
Michael G. Trosky, 34, 800 block of Main Street, Gallitzin, on no contest pleas to receiving stolen property and two counts of theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to six months to three years in county prison, with credit for time served and balance suspended. Ordered to perform 50 hours of community service and pay $10,436 in costs and fines.
George Zearfoss, 44, 100 block of Spring Glen Drive, Nanty Glo, on no contest pleas to two counts of corrupting the morals of a minor. Placed on probation for 18 months. Ordered to pay $2,286 in costs and fines.
