Update: Shooting victim identified

Johnstown man was injured Sunday afternoon

JOHNSTOWN — Police have identified the man injured in a Sunday afternoon shooting in the Hornerstown section of the city.

Stephen Huger, 23, of Johnstown was struck in the shoulder during the incident just along Fronheiser Street near Bedford Street.

Huger was taken in a friend’s car to Memorial Medical Center following the shooting. Police say the injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
