Police seek public's help

Investigating traffic accident that injured Ebenbsburg man

INDIANA — INDIANA – Indiana Borough police are looking for witnesses to an accident that injured an Ebensburg pedestrian at 3:45 p.m. Nov. 13.

Police said Todd F. Kubat, 52, was crossing the street at the corner of Sixth and Water streets when he was struck by a black Toyota Scion driven by Anna McCuch.

The vehicle stopped and the driver was identified, police said.

Kubat was treated at a hospital and released.

Anyone with information is being asked to call the police at 349-2121.
