BREAKING – Coroner called to accident on Route 22 near Blairsville

BLAIRSVILLE — The Indiana County coroner was called this morning to a traffic accident along Route 22 near Blairsville.

The road was closed for a couple of hours and traffic was detoured through Route 119.

According to witnesses, the accident involved a coal truck and a van.

At least one person was transported to the hospital by medical helicopter.
