Prisoner found guilty of killing cellmate

EBENSBURG — William Amos Cramer has been found guilty this afternoon of first-degree murder in the beating and strangulation death of cell mate William Sherry at the Cambria County Prison last year.

He was also convicted of aggravated assault and assault by prisoner.

Sentencing of life in prison without the chance of parole is set for Nov. 4.
