Cambria County Court Report 12/25/2011

— The following defendants have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on guilty pleas to criminal charges (costs and fines amounts may include restitution):

George Henry Mitchell, 22, 300 block of Moore Street, Johnstown, simple assault. Sentenced to six to 12 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $847 in costs and fines.

Robert George Mitchell Jr., 100 block of Barnes Road, Elmora, DUI-second offense, and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement, plus an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $3,463 in costs and fines.

Erica Shardae Morrison, 35, 400 block of Wood Street, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for 90 days. Ordered to pay $830 in costs and fines.

Anthony Michael Muto, 33, 100 block of Iron Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Ordered to pay $415 in costs and fines. No further sentence.

Lindsay Marie Pauley, 33, 200 block of Country Club Road, Cresson, two counts each of forgery and theft by unlawful taking. Sentenced to three to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $5,571 in costs and fines.

Martin Owen Pope, 22, Oneida, N.Y., recklessly endangering another person. Sentenced to one to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,102 in costs and fines.

Daniel J. Rabish, 65, 500 block of Bradley Street, Gallitzin, disorderly conduct. Ordered to pay $615 in costs and fines. No further sentence.

Brandon Joseph Reed, 29, 100 block of Kordell Lane, Johnstown, drug possession, theft by unlawful taking and forgery. Placed on probation for 35 months. Ordered to pay $4,022 in costs and fines.

Robert Riddell, 57, 100 block of Spring Road, Hastings, disorderly conduct and driving while his license was suspended. Placed on probation for three months. Ordered to pay $877 in costs and fines.

Justo Tuty Rivera, State Correctional Institution-Cresson, aggravated harassment by a prisoner and two counts of simple assault. Sentenced to one to two years in state prison, with term to run consecutively to any sentence he’s serving. Ordered to pay $852 in costs and fines.

Michael Robinson, 23, 100 block of North Street, Johnstown, simple assault. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $961 in costs and fines.

Joseph Scott Rose, 24, 100 block of Railroad Street, Hollsopple, receiving stolen property and theft by unlawful taking. Placed on probation for 15 months. Ordered to pay $1,855 in costs and fines.

Cameron Keith Rozier Jr., 1200 block of Virginia Avenue, Johnstown, simple assault and drug possession. Sentenced to two to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,882 in costs and fines.

Crystal Simms, 29, 300 block of Arthur Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $944 in costs and fines.

Patricia J. Smith, 41, 200 block of B Street, Johnstown, defiant trespass. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $736 in costs and fines.

Jeffrey M. Speakman, 35, Mount Laurel, N.J., recklessly endangering another person. Placed on probation for six months. Ordered to pay $1,558 in costs and fines.

Jason Eric Sweet, 35, 1100 block of McKinley Avenue, Johnstown, criminal mischief, criminal trespass and harassment. Sentenced to three to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,569 in costs and fines.

2400 block of William Penn Avenue, Johnstown, simple assault. Sentenced to two weeks to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $2,045 in costs and fines.

Venny Thornton, 19, 500 block of Pine Street, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Placed on probation for six months. Ordered to pay $756 in costs and fines.

Michael Toth, 19, 600 block of Main Street, Johnstown, delivery of marijuana. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,979 in costs and fines.

Kari Ameen Wheeler, 24, 100 block of Prospect Street, Johnstown, defiant trespass. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $836 in costs and fines.

Chad Williams, 32, 200 block of Fairfield Avenue, drug possession. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,803 in costs and fines.

Angela Ziemba, 30, 3200 block of Benshoff Hill Road, Johnstown, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for six months. Ordered to pay $1,620 in costs and fines.
