— These defendants have been sentenced in Cambria County Court on the following criminal offenses (costs and fines amounts may include restitution):

William Andrew Bean, 25, 500 block of Lloyd Court, Johnstown, tampering with or fabricating evidence, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to seven months to two years in county prison, plus a consecutive one year probation. Ordered to pay $3,727 in costs and fines.

Gary Ray Bishop, 26, 3100 block of Tipperary Road, Northern Cambria, two counts each of DUI and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three days home confinement, plus 12 months probation. Ordered to pay $5,151 in costs and fines.

Vincent S. Chicarell, 54, 3400 block of Graham Avenue, Windber, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness, Sentenced to three months home confinement and an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,425 in costs and fines.

Brett William Clevenger, 28, 700 block of Coleman Avenue, Johnstown, accident involving death or serious bodily injury, required financial responsibility and careless driving. Placed on probation for 23 months. Ordered to pay $2,385 in costs and fines.

Gregory W. Conaway Jr., 29, 200 block of Hickory Street, Johnstown, flight to avoid apprehension and possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $2,514 in costs and fines.

Douglas Francis Delozier, 23, 500 block of Cambria Avenue, Revloc, burglary, theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 111/2 to 23 months in county prison, plus a consecutive two years probation. Ordered to pay $5,487 in costs and fines.

Douglas Gerald Durbin, 23, 100 block of Nagle Court, Ebensburg, burglary. Placed on probation for four years. Ordered to pay $186,097 in costs and fines.

Shelley Marie Eppley, 23, 1000 block of Terrace Drive, Portage, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of receiving stolen property. Sentenced to one to 12 months in county prison, plus a consecutive 12 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,375 in costs and fines.

David John Eves Jr., 26,

600 block of Dishong Road, Johnstown, conspiracy with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal mischief. Sentenced to five to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,818 in costs and fines.

Alexander W. Forsythe Jr., 47, 100 block of Millcreek Hollow Road, Johnstown, DUI-third offense, driving while his license suspended or revoked and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement and an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,207 in costs and fines.

Joseph Thomas Frazier, 38, 100 block of Lance Street, Summerhill, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,828 in costs and fines.

Ronald G. Gomulka, 64, 100 block of Goucher Street, Johnstown, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement and an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,270 in costs and fines.

Charles Nash Gray Jr., 29, 600 block of Wood Street, Johnstown, theft by unlawful taking and burglary. Sentenced to one to two years in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,824 in costs and fines.

Bobby Griffin, 800 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, terroristic threats. Sentenced to 4 1/2 to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,304 in costs and fines.

Bryce D. Harrington, 30, 800 block of Mill Hill Road, Johnstown, arson, simple assault, false reports to authorities, defiant trespass and two counts of recklessly endangering others, Placed on probation for 10 years and 11 months. Ordered to pay $52,269 in costs and fines.

Chad A. Hayes, 22, 700 block of Ash Street, Johnstown, drug possession and loitering or prowling at night. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $3, 332 in costs and fines.

Nikole Herndon, 26, 200 block of Hickory Street, Johnstown, obstruction of the administration of justice. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $937 in costs and fines.

Joseph Hogan Sr., 56, Messenger Street, Johnstown, defiant trespass. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,161 in costs and fines.

Stephen James Jefferson, 22, 100 block of Fairview Avenue, Johnstown, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault. Sentenced to two to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,775 in costs and fines.

Clifford Jones, 33, 200 block of Iolite Avenue, Johnstown, disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 55 to 110 days in county prison. Ordered to pay $607 in costs and fines.

William E. Keller Jr., 55, 200 block of Main Street, St. Michael, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Sentenced to six to 12 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $1,625 in costs and fines.

Ronald J. Kmett Jr., 30, 800 block of Chestnut Street, Johnstown, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,783 in costs and fines.

James Alan Kerr, 26, 1900 block of Philadelphia Avenue, Northern Cambria, two counts of harassment. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $1,721 in costs and fines.

John Joseph Lacue, 40, 100 block of Blueberry Road, Lilly, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,783 in costs and fines.

Jason I. Loboi, 37, 300 block of Chandler Avenue, Johnstown, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse. Sentenced to 7 1/2 to 15 years in state prison. Ordered to pay $3,072 in costs and fines.

Anna Rose Lukenbaugh, 21, 100 block of Sumner Street, Cresson, possession with the intent to deliver cocaine, interference with custody of children, drug possession, corrupting the morals of a minor and public drunkenness. Placed on probation for six years. Ordered to pay $6,712 in costs and fines.

Nathan Michael McDermott, 35, 400 block of Third Street, Cresson, DUI-second offense, driving while license suspended or revoked-DUI related and public drunkenness. Sentenced to six to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,927 in costs and fines.

John Kenneth Madey, 42, 400 block of Pershing Street, Gallitzin, DUI-second offense, and public drunkenness. Sentenced to one month home confinement, plus 23 months probation. Ordered to pay $3,918 in costs and fines.

Daniel Joseph Marana, 64, 800 block of Second Street, Nanty Glo, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement, plus 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,247 in costs and fines.

Jessie Lee Mayes, 28, 200 block of Second Street, St. Michael, acquisition of drugs by forged prescription. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,404 in costs and fines.

Melissa Ann Mentzer, 28, 100 block of Lance Street, Summerhill, possession of drug paraphernalia. Placed on probation for one year. Ordered to pay $1,818 in costs and fines.

Leonard Joseph Mickey, 67, Flinton, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement and an additional 21 months probation. Ordered to pay $4,237 in costs and fines.

Justin Lee Middleton, 23, 600 block of Ragers Hill Road, South Fork, theft by deception and receiving stolen property. Sentenced to five to 23 months in county prison, plus a consecutive one year probation. Ordered to pay $3,260 in costs and fines.

Thomas Edward Miller, 59, 100 block of Vogel Street, Johnstown, DUI-second offense and public drunkenness. Sentenced to three months home confinement, plus 20 months probation. Ordered to pay $3,933 in costs and fines.

Timothy R. Mort, 24, 100 block of Teeter Road, Johnstown, recklessly endangering another person. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $1,645 in costs and fines.

Lee Ann Munoz, 45, 500 block of Highland Avenue, Johnstown, receiving stolen property. Sentenced to two to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $727 in costs and fines.

Ryan Joseph Nadolsky, 24, 100 block of Main Street, Cassandra, identity theft, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for three years. Ordered to pay $4,141 in costs and fines.

Jessica E. Nave, 30, Altoona, flight to avoid apprehension. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $1,296 in costs and fines.

Mindy Marie Olshavsky, 30, 800 block of Sherman Street, Portage, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and reckless endangering another person. Sentenced to three months to three years in county prison. Ordered to pay $3,026 in costs and fines.

Analisa Regina Parrish, 28, Hinesville, Ga., disorderly conduct and simple assault. Placed on probation for two years. Ordered to pay $2,122 in costs and fines.

Daniel Scott Phillips, 25, 500 block of Ferndale Avenue, Johnstown, theft from a motor vehicle and five counts of receiving stolen property. Sentenced to three to 23 months in county prison. Ordered to pay $4,501 in costs and fines.

Cory Vaughn Platt, 24, 800 block of West Ogle Street, Ebensburg, receiving stolen property. Placed on probation for 18 months. Ordered to pay $1,051 in costs and fines.
