A Johnstown man who allegedly stabbed another man last month in Prospect was jailed over the weekend, authorities said.
City police said they found Donnie Quietle Jones, 20, inside an apartment in the Prospect section of the city.
Police said a man was walking along Gray Avenue around 11:40 p.m. on April 23 when Jones allegedly ran out from behind one of the apartment buildings and stabbed him in the right arm.
The victim was taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown. His condition was not available.
Jones was arraigned Friday by District Judge Michael Musulin of Johnstown on charges of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.
He was sent to the Cambria County Prison after failing to post 10 percent of $40,000.
Police are still searching for a motive.
