Pizza delivery driver holdup suspect arrested

— Johnstown police have apprehended the man who they believe robbed a pizza delivery driver last week.

Arthur Paul Stiffler III, 19, of the 800 block of Von Lunen Road, was arraigned Sunday on charges connected with the April 2 robbery.

City police detectives charged Stiffler with robbery, receiving stolen property and reckless endangerment.

Police allege that Stiffler made a bogus call for a pizza, and when a Domino’s employee arrived at the home in the 500 block of Cypress Avenue, he robbed her of $39 at gunpoint.

Stiffler was arraigned by on-call District Judge Max Pavlovich of Richland Township and sent to the Cambria County Prison after failing to post $20,000 bond.

No one was injured in the holdup.
