JOHNSTOWN — A former Johnstown woman died Christmas Eve in a two-vehicle wreck in Dauphin County according to a news report.

Cindy Dino Eisenhour, 51, was driving a Toyota Spider south on state Route 743 in Conewago Township at 6:15 p.m. when she lost control of the vehicle and spun into the northbound lane, state police in Harrisburg told The (Lewistown) Sentinel. Her vehicle was struck by a Nissan Armada.

Eisenhour was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to Hershey Medical Center with a minor back and neck injury, police said.

Troopers said Eisenhour may have been driving too fast on a snow-covered roadway. Both drivers were wearing seatbelts.

Eisenhour was born in Johnstown and was living in Elizabethtown. Her death notice appears on Page D7.
