University offers open house

LORETTO – St. Francis University will host an open house for students and their families on Saturday.

Registration will begin at 9 a.m. in the JFK Student Center.

The day will begin with an academic and activities fair in which prospective students will be able to speak to faculty representatives about more than 30 programs in business, sciences, health sciences, education and the humanities. New programs including the public health major, the gaming/new media production concentration recently added to the computer science degree and the American sign language minor will be featured.

Participants also can find out about extracurricular activities, 22 NCAA Division I athletics teams, and a range of study abroad programs including study at the university’s campus in Ambialet, France.

Financial aid representatives will answer questions and talk about scholarships and grants available.
