Windber council to meet at 6 tonight

WINDBER — Windber Borough council will meet at 6 tonight to discuss police coverage options for 2014. The time for the meeting, scheduled at the borough office on Graham Avenue, was reported incorrectly in Tuesday's edition of The Tribune-Democrat. With their current police coverage contract up for renewal in September, borough officials are discussing options for continued coverage, including the possible costs to extend their contract with Paint Township or re-form their own force.

See Wednesday’s Tribune-Democrat for additional information.
