Edward Kyle

BON AIR — KYLE – Edward, 82, Bon Air, passed away Nov. 9, 2012, at his home. Born Aug. 31, 1930, in Johnstown, son of the late Fred and Freida (Fingerhoot) Kyle. Preceded in death by brothers, Fred, Charles and John; sisters, Freida Frank, Caroline Shiley and Elizabeth Martin;  and grandkitties, Orangie and Harmony. Survived by wife of 49 years, Louise (Korber) Kyle; daughters, Jodi Lynne Kyle and Rhonda Lee Kyle, both of Bon Air; loving cat, Ashley; grandkitties, Gizmo, Furby and Azreal; and numerous nieces and nephews. He loved horseback riding, gardening, hunting, fishing and listening to country music. He was quite the outdoorsman, and enjoyed vacationing with his daughter and grilling. He also liked visiting his special friend, Ross Dibuono. He retired with 32 years of service from Johnstown Planing Mill. Friends will be received from 2 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at John Henderson Co. Funeral Home, 215 Central Ave., where a funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Interment, Forest Lawn Cemetery.
