LATROBE — HEALY – Mary L., 63, Latrobe, died early Monday morning, April 22, 2013, at Loyalhanna Care Center, supported by the presence and prayers of her family. Born Aug. 6, 1949, in Windber, daughter of the late Joseph and Alice Miller Young. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, William G. Healy, in 2006. Mary was a member of Living Hope Church, Whitney. She will be remembered for her compassion and sacrificing spirit. She and her late husband, William, both sought to exemplify their faith in Jesus Christ and to glorify God in all they did. After William passed, Mary continued to serve the Lord and those around her. We rejoice in the life of Mary and the assurance of eternal life that she has in her Savior. Her family would like to especially thank Laura Teragawa and her family for their faithfulness, loving care and tender compassion. Survived by daughters, Sara (Brad) Arrington, Phoenix, Ariz.; and Kate B. Healy, Austin, Texas; sons, Aaron (Sarrah) Healy, Fort Hood, Texas; and Luke (Sarah) Healy, Newark, N.J.; 10 grandchildren; and siblings, Jeanne (Gary) Berkheimer, Carol (Gary) Caputo, Virginia (Robert) George, Joseph (Anna Young) and David (Dana) Young, all of Windber. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, the Rev. Earl Crissman, officiating. Colossians 2:13-14, “And you, who were dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your faith, God made alive together with Him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross.” Arrangements by J. Paul McCracken Funeral Chapel Inc., Ligonier.
