JOHNSTOWN — ANDREWS – Craig Joseph, 44, Johnstown, died unexpectedly Feb. 29, 2012, at Memorial Medical Center. Born April 7, 1967, in Johnstown, son of Robert Sr. and Teresa (Poeta) Andrews. Preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Joseph and Sophie Andrews; maternal grandparents, Pio and Linda Poeta; and father- and mother-in law, Charles and Verna Stevens. Survived by parents; wife of 17 years, the former Stacie Stevens; and children, Cailey, Sydney and Dominic. Brother of Robert, and wife, Amy Andrews, and their children, Abby Jo and Emma; and Eric Pio, and wife, Jill, and their children, Alysa and Sophie. Also survived by brother-in-law, Chuck Stevens; best friend, Greg Karlick; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and godchildren. Member of St. Andrew’s Catholic Church, where he was the president of St. Andrew’s food pantry through the St. Vincent de Paul. Craig was a 1985 graduate of Conemaugh Township High School. Former owner and operator of several Subways. He loved coaching his son in baseball and basketball and was an avid sports enthusiast. He loved his wife, children, family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him. Family receiving friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at George E. Mason Funeral Home Inc., where vigil for the deceased will be held Sunday afternoon. Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Andrew Catholic Church, Father Angelo Patti, officiating. Committal, St. Anne Catholic Cemetery.
