EBENSBURG — ILLIG – Diana L., 54, Ebensburg, died Jan. 13, 2014, at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born Dec. 9, 1959, in Butler, daughter of Thomas C. Jr. and Patricia Lee (Tirk) Hackett. Preceded in death by her husband, Charles, on Dec. 18, 2007; and father, in 1981. Survived by her mother; brother and sisters, Thomas III, Michelle Lee Warner and Lorri Weifling; mother-in-law, Mary Stohon; brothers- and sisters-in-law, Mary Zerbee, Linda VanGuilder, Patty Williamson, James, William, Fred, Leonard, Tony and Betty Karroll; her dog, Nel-lie; and numerous nieces and nephews. A 1978 graduate of Knoch High School, Saxonburg. Member of Holy Name Parish, Ebensburg, where funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, the Rev. Monsignor David Lockard, celebrant. Committal, Butler County Memorial Park. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Gibbons Funeral Home, 301 Church St., Gallitzin, where vigil service will be held Friday. The family suggests donations to Central Pennsylvania Humane Society, 1837 E. Pleasant Valley Blvd., Altoona, Pa. 16602, in Diana’s memory. (
