Following his ordination to the priesthood, he founded a mission church in 2003, The Pre-cathedral Church of the Holy Spirit, on Bradford Street in Dover, Del. He was consecrated as bishop and became archbishop of the Diocese of Delaware. The church will celebrate its 10th anniversary Nov. 20. He proudly served as chaplain of the Priory of the Delaware, Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem.
